Blasphemy and heresy from preacher of ‘papal’ household…
‘Cardinal’ Cantalamessa: Even if Christ Really Said What John’s Gospel Claims He Said, That Doesn’t Mean It’s True!
Ordained a priest in 1958, the Franciscan Capuchin ‘Cardinal’ Raniero Cantalamessa (b. 1934) has been the Novus Ordo Vatican’s ‘Preacher of the Papal Household’ since 1980. Every year the Italian preacher is tasked with giving sermons to the ‘Pope’ and the Roman Curia during Lent and Advent, usually on Fridays, and the current year is no different.
A news report released by Catholic Culture‘s ‘Catholic World News’ summarizes Cantalamessa’s latest Lenten sermon series as follows:
The overarching theme of Cardinal Cantalamessa’s 2024 Lenten sermons was “But who do you say that I am?”
Novus Ordo Priest Denies Christ’s Atonement: ‘Jesus Did Not Die to Appease an Angry God’
It’s Lent, even in the Vatican II religion. While it is a noble thing to do without such things as candy and entertainment during this sacred season of penance, a lot would be accomplished if Novus Ordo presbyters could at least give up heresy for Lent.
Not so the Rev. Terrance W. Klein, pictured above. A former associate professor of theology at Fordham University, he is the author of the book Vanity Faith: Searching for Spirituality among the Stars (2009) and now serves at a parish in Ellinwood, Kansas, part of the diocese of Dodge City.… READ MORE
Address to the Sixth National Week on New Pastoral Methods
September 14, 1956
WITH all Our heart We welcome you, Venerable Brethren and beloved sons who are taking part in the “Sixth National Week on New Pastoral Methods” here in the eternal city.
We realize that in choosing Rome as the site of your meetings this year, your Central Office wanted to pay filial tribute to Our person, while giving evidence of your development and of your firm resolution to spread your influence as far as possible. And, as a matter of fact, this dear mother of ours — Rome — has a way of anointing with the chrism of universality any kind of activity which shares her spirit, even activities which have sprung up in far-off regions, as she receives in exchange the valuable contribution which they have to offer.… READ MORE
‘Paradigm Shift’: Francis Issues Disastrous Motu Proprio Aimed at Theological Revolution
An extremely significant development took place in the Vatican on Nov. 1, 2023: The apostate Jesuit Jorge Bergoglio, more commonly known under his stage name ‘Pope Francis’, published a so-called Apostolic Letter Motu Proprio — Latin for ‘on his own initiative’ — approving new statutes for the Pontifical Academy of Theology, originally founded by Pope Clement XI in 1718.
In this fairly brief document, so far available on the Vatican web site only in Italian, the false pope calls for nothing less than a revolution in theology, a ‘paradigm shift’ that will have incalculable, frightful consequences in the long term.… READ MORE
No doubt that came as a great relief to a world that is enslaved by sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments. Although our Blessed Lord taught that even a lustful gaze is already a violation of God’s law (see Mt 5:27-28), and Our Lady of Fatima said that the primary reason souls go to hell is the sins of the flesh, the man who falsely claims to be the Pope of the Catholic Church is not terribly worried about such sins.… READ MORE
Condemnation of 12 Propositions pertaining to the Philosophy of Action
December 1, 1924
Students of apologetics will be interested in the following reply of the Holy Office to a series of questions proposed regarding the doctrinal correctness of certain propositions held by some modern teachers in philosophy and theology. The twelve propositions here censured as untenable on Catholic scholastic grounds have in substance been condemned as contrary to right faith and morals by the doctrinal authority of the [First] Vatican Council, but are here separately emphasized to meet definite errors. Hot Air and Heresy:
Bergoglio misleads Young People in Athens
Earlier this month, “Pope” Francis (Jorge Bergoglio) graced the people of Cyprus and Greece not only with his humble presence but also his infinite wisdom, which he is always very eager to communicate.
In our latest podcast, TRADCAST EXPRESS 144, we took apart a few objectionable things His Phoniness said in Cyprus, specifically regarding walls, proselytism, the claim that God never tires of forgiving, and the idea that “the Gospel is not handed on by communication but by communion.” You can listen here:
Is there a “Problem” with Transubstantiation?
Response to Hendro Munsterman
The beautiful Catholic dogma of Transubstantiation has long been a thorn in the side of Modernists and other heretical innovators. Not surprisingly, therefore, it is also under attack in the Novus Ordo Church, which, although teaching the dogma in its official universal catechism, denies or attacks it in various other ways.
Not that any more confirmation was needed, but it doesn’t hurt: Yes, Vatican II represents a genuine departure from the Roman Catholic magisterium.
Back in 1976, the Jesuit Fr. Avery Dulles (1918-2008) candidly acknowledged that the Second Vatican Council (1962-65) had contradicted and reversed the prior Catholic magisterium on sundry significant points of doctrine and discipline. This admission is noteworthy because most “orthodox” defenders of the council claim that a “correct interpretation” will show the continuity with prior teaching and debunk the allegations of rupture.… READ MORE
Francis “interprets” Galatians:
St. Paul warned of Rigid Clingers to the Past!
Every Wednesday, Jorge Bergoglio (“Pope Francis”) conducts one of his religious re-education sessions known as the General Audience.
It was no different yesterday, June 23, when the anti-Catholic wolf in shepherd’s clothing began a new catechetical series, this time on St. Paul’s Letter to the Galatians. We’ll go through the main portions of Francis’ presentation and fisk them as needed.
Francis begins by noting that St. Paul’s Epistle to the Galatians is “very topical”, that is, extremely relevant to our times, and in this he couldn’t be more right.… READ MORE
“For there shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine…” (2 Tim 4:3)
Modernist Francis:
Truth is NOT a “System of Doctrines and Dogmas”
In his magnificent 1907 encyclical letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis against Modernism, Pope St. Pius X wrote that Modernists “pervert the eternal concept of truth and the true meaning of religion…” (n. 13).
A good example of just how they do that was on display yesterday, May 16, in the Vatican, when the Argentinian antipope Jorge Bergoglio (“Pope Francis”) proclaimed during a sermon:
Jesus asks the Father to consecrate his disciples in truth as they will be sent throughout the world to carry on his mission.
Assessing Taylor Marshall’s Infiltration:
Bold Exposé or Controlled Opposition?
Resisting Francis to his face? On May 15, 2019, Dr. Taylor Marshall met “Pope” Francis in Rome at a general audience, at which time he gave him the first (signed) copy of Infiltration, days before its official release. Later, when discussing the meeting in a video, Marshall said, “People on social media have attacked me on both sides as being too nice to the Pope, or too mean to the Pope…” This is precisely the confusion one expects from the recognize-and-resist position he espouses — opposition to the “Holy Father”, but a cordial and ultimately insipid opposition.… READ MORE
When the Vatican opened its Apostolic Archives on the pontificate of Pope Pius XII (1939-58) on Mar. 2 of this year, most people were focused on what researchers would find about His Holiness’ work to protect Jews persecuted during World War II. While there is no doubt that the archives contain much information on that, a thorough research into all the available materials is also uncovering other things of even greater importance.… READ MORE
Vatican II, as it is typically called for short, marks the definitive beginning of what we call the Novus Ordo religion and provides its doctrinal foundation. It is the be-all and end-all of the Modernist institution that has been occupying the Catholic structures since John XXIII usurped the Holy See at the 1958 conclave.… READ MORE
The Doctrinal Value of the Pope’s Ordinary Magisterium
Countless people of varying theological positions and alliances proclaim themselves, and sincerely seek to be, traditional Roman Catholics. Few, however, actually consult the very sources from which genuine traditional (i.e. pre-Vatican II) Catholic teaching can be gleaned, such as this 8-volume dogmatic theology manual, preferring instead the popular literature of authors who wrote in response to the revolution of the Second Vatican Council (1962-65).
Yet it stands to reason that, if all prejudice towards any traditionalist “camp” is to be avoided, there can be no better source to dispel the theological confusion and controversies of our times than the very authorities and works on matters of Sacred Theology that were used by the Church herself before the Modernists usurped the positions of power at the very top, beginning with the election of Angelo Roncalli as “Pope” John XXIII in 1958.… READ MORE
@tuckercarl10663 @CathFamPodcast What is necessary by absolute necessity of means is the sanctifying grace baptism confers, and this grace can be had through supernatural charity (which includes perfect contrition), as Pius XII teaches.
@tuckercarl10663 @CathFamPodcast It's all a question of what kind of necessity and how that necessity is to be understood. Thank heavens we don't have to speculate.
