“I believe in Pope Francis…”:

Bizarre Pseudo-Creed recited at Mexican Parish

A curious thing happened on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020, during the Novus Ordo meal service performed at the Parroquia de San Agustín (St. Augustine’s Church) in the city of San Agustín, municipality of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

Towards the end of the “Mass”, after the usual parish announcements, the presbyter said they were now going to pray a “creed” for “Pope” Francis — for protection from his enemies, against bad intentions, and against those who seek to undermine the credibility of his words.… READ MORE

Pope Pius XII on the Obligation to Vote

In early September, we published a blog post on what traditional Catholic moral theology says about the obligation of voting, both in general and also in particular with regard to more difficult circumstances, such as voting when there are no ideal candidates on the ballot. The post can be accessed here:

Today we present excerpts from two allocutions given by His Holiness, Pope Pius XII (1939-58), in which he addresses the moral obligation to vote.… READ MORE

“Cardinal” Marx’s Cracked Stone Altar

As long-time readers of this blog may recall, the Modernist Archdiocese of Munich and Freising is the home of “God’s Ski Jump”.

At the same time, the diocese does have some beautiful old and therefore traditional church buildings. Since those don’t really fit their Novus Ordo religion, however, they tend to get wreckovated. After all, such truly Catholic churches were designed for the true worship of the Triune God, and the new-and-improved “Catholicism 2.0” of Vatican II just isn’t into that sort of thing.

Even in churches where the basic traditional architecture and most of the beautiful sanctuary have been retained, the one thing they always do is introduce a so-called “people’s altar”.… READ MORE

Nothing Sacred: Idiotic Buffoonery at Novus Ordo Parish in Nebraska

As stated in big letters on their home page, Sacred Heart Church in Omaha, Nebraska, is a “vibrant” and “diverse” Novus Ordo community. Being part of the Vatican II Sect (Archdiocese of Omaha), it is naturally a church of joy. How that works out in practice could be seen at a “Mass” four months ago.

In the Novus Ordo liturgy, on Sundays the reception of “Holy Communion” is typically followed by parish announcements (such an appropriate time!). On June 21 at Sacred Heart in Omaha, those announcements came with a pool noodle fight and all kinds of other buffooneries only people completely ignorant of, or hostile to, Catholicism would dare to engage in.… READ MORE

Francis raises Apostate Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa to Rank of “Cardinal”

Yesterday, Oct. 25, the apostate Jesuit Jorge Bergoglio, who styles himself “Pope Francis”, announced a consistory for the creation of a new batch of “cardinals” on Nov. 28, 2020. A total of 13 individuals will receive the red hat then; among them are “Abp.” Wilton Gregory of Washington, D.C., “Bp.” Mario Grech, and Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, O.F.M. Cap.

In light of the revelations about former “Cardinal” Theodore McCarrick, Wilton Gregory is a daring but not surprising choice: Gregory has been described as a “protégé of Cdl.… READ MORE

Why would Anybody be a Sedevacantist?!

Despite over seven years of the walking disaster that is Jorge Bergoglio (“Pope Francis”), there are still people in the world who seriously wonder why anybody would be a sedevacantist; and decades of misinformation (usually propagated by critics of the position) and poor education (often due to scarce resources) certainly haven’t helped things.

Novus Ordo Watch tries to offer a much-needed corrective to this lamentable state of affairs, and in that spirit we would like to draw everyone’s attention to the following video interview with the well-known sedevacantist priest Fr. Anthony Cekada, who passed away just last month.… READ MORE

False Pope calls for Sodomite Civil Unions, wants Children of Gay Couples to be Raised in Church

By now you’ve probably already heard about it: The Jesuit apostate Jorge Bergoglio, better known by his pseudonym “Pope Francis”, has publicly called for civil unions for sodomite couples — a type of legal substitute for “gay marriage” — and then some.

Bergoglio’s statements became public today at the release of the new movie Francesco by Russian-born Jewish producer Evgeny Afineevsky. The biopic “tells the story of Jorge Mario Bergoglio and tackles some of the main themes of his pontificate through a series of interviews”, Vatican News reports.… READ MORE

United Nations in the Classroom: Bergoglio’s “Global Compact on Education” Examined

No matter what problems rattle our globe, the man with all the answers is “Pope” Francis (Jorge Bergoglio). That, at least, is what he thinks, and he behaves accordingly.

On Sep. 12, 2019, the Vatican had announced a forthcoming initiative to be spearheaded by Bergoglio “to shape the future of humanity by forming mature individuals who can overcome division and care for our common home”. A conference to sign the so-called “Global Compact on Education” was originally set to occur on May 14, 2020, but due to the Coronavirus lockdowns, the event was postponed and finally took place in curtailed and improvised fashion on Oct.… READ MORE

“No One is Saved Alone”: Francis to participate in Interreligious Prayer for Peace and Fraternity in Rome October 20

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time again — time for yet another interreligious prayer circus for peace.

The Community of Sant’Egidio will once again be hosting an international encounter of representatives of various religions with the alleged aim of obtaining peace and fraternity from… well, from some kind of deity or another.

Scheduled for this coming Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm CET under the motto “No One Is Saved Alone – Peace and Fraternity”, the event will consist of each “religious tradition” (as they like to put it) petitioning its deity for peace and brotherhood in separate locations, followed by a public “encounter” of the different representatives, speeches by each group, proclamation of an appeal for peace, the obligatory lighting of some candles, and a COVID-friendly “sign of peace”.… READ MORE

French Socialist Leader applauds Encyclical Fratelli Tutti

After the Freemasonic Grand Orient Lodge of Spain gave its endorsement, another enemy of Roman Catholicism has voiced his support for “Pope” Francis’ new encyclical Fratelli Tutti, on human fraternity and social friendship.

We are talking about Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the founder and current leader of the French socialist political movement La France Insoumise (“Insubordinate France”), which enjoys the support of the French Communist Party.

Melenchon sings the praises of the encyclical in an article he penned for the French Novus Ordo magazine La Vie, which was published Oct.… READ MORE

Vatican issues ‘Mother Earth’ Coin

The Vatican’s new coin, compared with a common image of Gaia or Pachamama

When in November of 2014, the head of the Vatican’s so-called Pontifical Council for Culture, “Cardinal” Gianfranco Ravasi, participated in a public worship ceremony of the Pagan earth goddess Gaia, also called Pachamama, no one batted an eye. But when on July 19, 2015, a televised “Catholic Mass” of the Canadian Archdiocese of Toronto concluded with a hymn to “beautiful Gaia”, written by a Unitarian Universalist feminist, it did create some outrage.… READ MORE

Pope Pius XII
Mar 2, 1876 – Oct 9, 1958

Today is October 9, 2020. This date marks the 62nd anniversary of the death of the last known true Pope, His Holiness Pius XII, born Eugenio Pacelli, reigned 1939-1958. To honor and remember him, we are sharing the video below of a broadcast clip shown in 1958 at the passing of the Supreme Pontiff.

When Pius XII died, the Novus Ordo Religion was as yet unknown to the world, for it would not come into existence until later, beginning with the election during a bizarre conclave of the first Modernist Antipope, John XXIII (Angelo Roncalli).… READ MORE

Brothers All: Spanish Freemasonry cheers Francis’ New Encyclical on Human Fraternity

This should come as absolutely no surprise: On Oct. 5, 2020, only one day after the release of “Pope” Francis’ latest encyclical letter, Fratelli Tutti, the Grand Orient Freemasons of Spain published a statement praising the “papal” document for its adoption and propagation of Freemasonic ideas, by which Francis necessarily also rejects the Catholic Church’s historic condemnations of the Lodge. The well-informed Spanish blog InfoVaticana broke the story the very same day.

The Grand Lodge’s communiqué can be accessed here. The pertinent portion states:

Three hundred years ago, the birth of Modern Freemasonry took place.

Francis’ Encyclical Fratelli Tutti: The Highlights

NOTE: For the full text and reactions to the document, as well as analyses and commentary, please access our special coverage page at the following link:

If one had to summarize Francis’ lengthy encyclical Fratelli Tutti in one single sentence, perhaps it would be: Humanity, save thyself! In 287 paragraphs, God is at best an afterthought, and man’s supernatural destiny is all but ignored. That for which we were actually created (the Beatific Vision) and the way to attain it (by means of sanctifying grace through Faith, hope, and charity, in union with the Ark of Salvation, the Roman Catholic Church), are not even hinted at.… READ MORE
