Think well on it…

When Death Comes For You,
How Will You Choose?

Pope St. Pius X on his deathbed (1914)

Imagine yourself on your deathbed. Your strength is failing you; you’ve had what was probably your last meal. You are in intense agony, as the bodily suffering you are undergoing is exceeded only by the anguish of your soul because you need to go to confession but are now entirely dependent on a priest coming to you. The priest has been called, but he hasn’t arrived yet. You are afraid because you know that your soul could be parting from your body at any moment.… READ MORE

Houston, We Have a Problem: Protestant “Ordination” at “Cardinal” DiNardo’s Cathedral

On May 28, 2013, the “Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston” of the Vatican II Sect rented out its Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Houston, Texas, to the Protestant group known as the United Methodist Church, a religious body that “recognizes tragic conflicts of life with life that may justify abortion, and in such cases we support the legal option of abortion under proper medical procedures” (The Book of Discipline of the United Methodist Church).

The United Methodists performed a service of “commissioning & ordination” at the supposedly Catholic cathedral, with “Bishop” Janice R.… READ MORE

“Pope” Francis Preaches on “Doing Good” in Homily Filled with Theological Error

On Wednesday, May 22, 2013, Mr. Jorge Bergoglio (“Pope Francis”), head of the modernist Vatican II Sect, gave a brief homily to the people in attendance at his “Mass”, which is, thanks to the False “Pope” Paul VI, since 1969, nothing but a Protestant-Masonic liturgical happy meal. Coverage of the sermon with substantial excerpts can be found on the Vatican’s News site here, and it is on this text and coverage that we rely for what follows.

The sermon centered on the possibility of non-Catholics and non-Christians performing good works, or, as Francis put it, “doing good”.

Modernist Gobbledygook at its Finest

“Pope” Francis:
‘No One Owns the Truth, it’s an Encounter’ —
‘Don’t Proselytize; Build Bridges, Not Walls’

The Vatican II Sect’s Modernist-in-Chief, Mr. Jorge Bergolgio, has done it again. In a recent sermon given under his pseudonym “Pope Francis” — the emphasis being on pseudo — he trashes the traditional Catholic concepts of truth and evangelization and replaces them with vague, worn-out notions of “dialogue” and “encounter with Christ”.

Since Michael Voris won’t tell you about this in his Distortex Vortex broadcast (more on that here), as it squarely contradicts the image of “Pope” Francis he wants to project, we will be happy to oblige and fill you in on these rather inconvenient facts about Mr.

Vortex Shmortex: “BAM!” is a Sham…

Michael Voris’ “BAM!” Vortex
Full of Hypocrisy & One-Sided Reporting

BAM! The “Voris Virus” rears its ugly head again: On May 6, 2013, ChurchMilitant.TV published its regular Vortex broadcast, this time with an episode entitled “Pope Francis – BAM!” In it, host Michael Voris paints the picture of a super-conservative, über-orthodox, anti-ecumenical, mega-traditionalist “Pope” Francis, who is trying to do all he can to fight the liberalism in the Novus Ordo, just like Voris and his ChurchMilitant.TV crew. In so doing, Voris accuses the liberals in the media and the Novus Ordo Church of distorting reality by presenting an incomplete picture of “Pope” Francis, by ignoring inconvenient facts about him and only reporting the news selectively.… READ MORE

Why wear a beautiful, traditional pectoral cross when you can wear this?

The Strange Pectoral Cross of “Pope” Francis

The editors of Tradition in Action have published an in-depth look at the “Good Shepherd” cross Francis uses as his pectoral cross. It’s worth reading in full:

Above left, you see the pectoral cross of Card. Jorge Bergoglio when he was Archbishop of Buenos Aires; at right, his cross after he was elected Pope or Bishop of Rome, as he insists on being called. Several things are strange about these crosses that invite speculation…

Sedevacantist Pioneer Dies

Patrick Henry Omlor
June 13, 1931 – May 2, 2013
Requiescat In Pace

We are saddened to have to report the passing of Mr. Patrick Henry Omlor, one of the earliest pioneers of Traditional Catholicism in the 1960s. A Texan by birth, Mr. Omlor died peacefully at a hospital in Perth, Australia, on the feast of St. Athanasius, May 2, 2013. Like the great bishop, confessor, and doctor St. Athanasius, Mr. Omlor was not afraid to stand up for the True Faith in a time when the Novus Ordo Church began to eclipse the True Church with its modernistic teachings and false new sacramental rites.… READ MORE

The Modernists’ last-ditch defense tactic refuted…

“Who are YOU to judge who is a Heretic?”

The following is an excerpt from the 1886 book Liberalism is a Sin by Fr. Felix Sarda y Salvany. It was endorsed and praised by the Vatican’s Sacred Congregation of the Index under Pope Leo XIII. The book exposes the ideas and tactics of the Modernists, called Liberals at the time, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. In fact, one may say that this book completely destroys many fundamental ideas of the bogus Second Vatican Council (1962-65) and the new religion it engendered (which we call the Novus Ordo Religion).… READ MORE

The old Modernist Strategy is still working…

“Pope” Francis:
“Not Possible to Find Jesus Outside the Church”

Oh boy, this one’s going to get the semi-traditionalists and pseudo-conservatives in the Novus Ordo jumping for joy. “The Pope said that Christ cannot be found outside the Catholic Church, oh my gosh! Look at how conseeeeervative he is! Our Pope is Caaatholic!”

Sure enough, Mr. (“Fr.”) John Zuhlsdorf picked up on this story right away, and no doubt we won’t have to wait long for Michael Voris to cover it in The Vortex (known for its extremely selective reporting) as well. [Update: Voris covered it in his May 6 Vortex here.]

On Heaven and Earth
by Jorge Mario Bergoglio and Abraham Skorka

In 2010, Mr. Jorge Bergoglio, then known as “Cardinal” Bergoglio of Buenos Aires, co-authored a book with a leftist Jewish rabbi by the name of Abraham Skorka. The book is written in the form of a dialogue between the two non-Catholics, and the contents range from conversations about God and religion to same-sex marriage, politics and other topics considered “hot-button” issues in today’s world. The book’s cover is subtitled “Pope Francis on Faith, Family, and the Church in the 21st Century”.… READ MORE

“Cardinal” Walter Kasper is a Modernist Apostate

Modernist Fr. Walter Kasper,
a Theological Heavyweight in the Novus Ordo Church

  • “Dogmas can certainly be one-sided, superficial, bossy, dumb, and rash.”

Catholic Church vs. Vatican II Sect

The Morality of Capital Punishment

The Novus Ordo Church of the Second Vatican Council has changed many Catholic teachings, such as on ecclesiology, the papal primacy, the social kingship of Christ, ecumenism, and so forth. It has also messed with the Catholic position on capital punishment. Gradually, the shift has occurred from an endorsement of capital punishment (the Catholic position) to its virtual prohibition (the Novus Ordo modernist position), citing all sorts of phony reasons. The Vatican II sect has tried to call this a “development” but it is, in fact, a corruption, for its conclusion is the opposite of what it once was – hardly a legitimate “development”.… READ MORE

Francis Brings Back “Bent Cross” Crozier

It was bound to happen. Mr. Jorge Bergoglio — whom the world calls “Pope Francis” — has reintroduced the repulsive ‘Bent Cross’ Crozier (sometimes referred to as the “Broken Cross”), after Benedict XVI had, for the most part, abandoned it. The indult blog Rorate Caeli has the story.

The “bent cross” ferula, or staff, which is a hideous rendition of a crucifix, shows our Lord’s legs immodestly spread apart and shows the cross bars bent, rather than straight. The following photos show that this “crucifix” is repulsive indeed, dishonors Christ, and does not inspire pious thoughts:

This sinister-looking cross was designed by Italian Lello Scorzelli (1921-1997) during — you guessed it — the 1960s and was introduced — you guessed it again — by “Pope” Paul VI (Giovanni Battista Montini), who used it for the first time at the closing of his modernist robber synod known as the “Second Vatican Council”, on December 8, 1965.… READ MORE

“No Rupture with the Past” Update:

John Courtney Murray’s Condemned Error became Doctrine at Vatican II

Not that more proof was needed, but it doesn’t hurt: Here is yet another admission by a modernist piece of literature that the doctrine on religious liberty proclaimed by the bogus “Second Vatican Council” in 1964 is in contradiction to the prior Catholic teaching on the confessional state. The snippet above is taken from p. 333 of the book The Diocesan Seminary in the United States: A History from the 1780s to the Present by Joseph M. White (Notre Dame, IN: University of Notre Dame Press, 1989).… READ MORE
