Requiem for True or False Pope: Fr. Cekada buries John Salza and Robert Siscoe’s Latest

In this brand-new video, Fr. Anthony Cekada responds to the latest attempts by John Salza and Robert Siscoe to debunk Sedevacantism. In an informative and entertaining 24-minute clip, Fr. Cekada demonstrates, among other things, that Salza and Siscoe’s much-touted “universal peaceful acceptance” argument not only does not disprove Sedevacantism but supports it and actually proves the recognize-and-resist apologists’ own position false!

In his monumental dogmatic manual on ecclesiology, De Ecclesia Christi, Cardinal Louis Billot (1846-1931) explained that the peaceful acceptance of the entire Church of a particular papal claimant is an infallible sign that the individual in question really is a legitimate Pope.

An Autopsy of Salza & Siscoe’s
True or False Pope?

In a brand-new 30-minute video, embedded below, a cancer-stricken Fr. Anthony Cekada provides a high-level dissection of the main problems with John Salza and Robert Siscoe’s attempt to refute Sedevacantism in their book True or False Pope? Refuting Sedevacantism and other Modern Errors. After eliminating various red herrings and emotional arguments made by the anti-sedevacantist duo, Fr. Cekada shows that the foundational argument of the entire book is fatally flawed: Salza and Siscoe, who claim to have researched this topic for 10 years, do not even get the basics right about the sin of heresy.

It is 2016, and we are excited to begin Season 2 of our podcast program.

The all-new TRADCAST 011 was released today, January 15, 2016. During this 40-minute episode, we talk about the release of the new 700-page book, True or False Pope? Refuting Sedevacantism and other Modern Errors, by John Salza and Robert Siscoe, which was published on January 6. As if determined to prove Salza and Siscoe wrong in the most embarrassing way possible, that same day “Pope” Francis released a shocking video promoting indifferentism, syncretism, and agnosticism to promote his prayer intention for the month of January, namely, “That sincere dialogue among men and women of different faiths may produce the fruits of peace and justice”.

True Or False Pope?
On that Alleged “Irrational Response” by Sedevacantists

OK, so we changed the cover a little… This is only to remind people who the authors claim keeps the gates of hell from prevailing against the Modernist Sect…

The year of our Lord 2016 promises to be loaded with fireworks. Ahead of the official release of the new, 700-page book arguing against Sedevacantism, True or False Pope?, written by John Salza and Robert Siscoe and published by the Society of St. Pius X, the authors have opened a “Sedevacantist Watch” section on their web site.

Welcome to the Religion of Fraternity: Francis releases dangerous new “Pope Video”

Jorge Bergoglio’s soup kitchen religion is on full display in the latest so-called “Pope Video”, a professionally-produced short promotional clip in which the Argentinian apostate who plays “Pope Francis” announces to the world his prayer intentions for the month of January 2021.

Similar to the outrageous and blasphemous inaugural “Pope Video” of January 2016, in which Judaism, Islam, and Buddhism were placed on a par with Catholicism as “different ways” of “seeking or meeting” the same God (and, interestingly enough, the “offensive” Crucifix [cf. 1 Cor 1:23] was replaced by a politically-correct figure of the Christ Child), so now, five years later, Francis promotes his apostate Masonic notion of human fraternity as that which unites all men regardless of their religion:

The moving images of the video speak for themselves.

Priest in 1955: Apocalypse indicates False Prophet will be Fake Pope while Papal Chair is Vacant and Church Appears Destroyed

For this find, we are indebted to Resignationist blogger Ann Barnhardt, who published an abridged excerpt of the same passage yesterday.

In 1955, Fr. Herman Kramer (1884-1976), a diocesan priest in Sioux City, Iowa, published a work called The Book of Destiny, which is an explanation of the Apocalypse, the last book of the Holy Bible (otherwise known as Revelation).

The Book of Destiny bears a nihil obstat and imprimatur given on Jan. 26, 1956. This official diocesan approval does not guarantee that the book is free from error, only that anything proposed in it does not contradict the Catholic Faith — the book is therefore safe for a Catholic to read.

Were Popes Benedict XIV and Pius IX Freemasons?

In 1884, Pope Leo XIII addressed the threat of Freemasonry against Holy Mother Church:

At every period of time each [the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan] has been in conflict with the other, with a variety and multiplicity of weapons and of warfare, although not always with equal ardor and assault. At this period, however, the partisans of evil seem to be combining together, and to be struggling with united vehemence, led on or assisted by that strongly organized and widespread association called the Freemasons.

False Pope calls for Sodomite Civil Unions, wants Children of Gay Couples to be Raised in Church

By now you’ve probably already heard about it: The Jesuit apostate Jorge Bergoglio, better known by his pseudonym “Pope Francis”, has publicly called for civil unions for sodomite couples — a type of legal substitute for “gay marriage” — and then some.

Bergoglio’s statements became public today at the release of the new movie Francesco by Russian-born Jewish producer Evgeny Afineevsky. The biopic “tells the story of Jorge Mario Bergoglio and tackles some of the main themes of his pontificate through a series of interviews”, Vatican News reports.

Pope Pius XII
Mar 2, 1876 – Oct 9, 1958

Today is October 9, 2020. This date marks the 62nd anniversary of the death of the last known true Pope, His Holiness Pius XII, born Eugenio Pacelli, reigned 1939-1958. To honor and remember him, we are sharing the video below of a broadcast clip shown in 1958 at the passing of the Supreme Pontiff.

When Pius XII died, the Novus Ordo Religion was as yet unknown to the world, for it would not come into existence until later, beginning with the election during a bizarre conclave of the first Modernist Antipope, John XXIII (Angelo Roncalli).

Dirty Dancing meets Fake News:
Vatican News spreads false claim Pope St. Pius X approved of the Tango

On May 29, 1954, Giuseppe Melchiorre Sarto, Pope Pius X (r. 1903-1914), was canonized a saint by Pope Pius XII, who fixed his annual liturgical feast day on September 3.

Even in the Vatican II Sect, St. Pius X retains a feast day, although the false pope Paul VI moved it to August 21. Being the mauler of Modernists and thus the archenemy of the Vatican II religion, especially “Pope” Francis, St. Pius X is rarely talked about in the New Church.

Pope or Antipope?
“Fr.” John Hunwicke and the Case of Felix II

The English Novus Ordo presbyter John Hunwicke is once again outdoing himself on his Mutual Enrichment blog. In a post published Aug. 9, 2020, entitled, “Holy Antipopes, pray for us”, the convert from Anglicanism can barely contain his excitement with regard to what he calls “the Mysterious Affair of Pope Felix II”.

In a style reminiscent of a child who’s just found a big box of candies and knows Momma isn’t looking, “Fr.” Hunwicke revels in a discovery he’s made that he apparently thinks is a tremendous blow to sedevacantists, to Francis, or to both.

On Disobeying the Pope:
Comments on a recent One Peter Five Article

“Can a Catholic Ever Disobey a Pope?” That is the question currently being asked at One Peter Five. An article by that title was posted on July 17, 2020, written by Paul Casey.

The author begins by claiming:

“No one is ever allowed to disobey the pope. Period.”

The statement is made repeatedly on social media, usually in an attempt to end a debate. It’s taken as a given. No sources cited, no documentation provided. It’s merely assumed. It is, after all, obvious.

A Brief Commentary on The Remnant‘s “Open Letter to Pope Francis”

(screenshot from Remnant video “CHURCH IN CRISIS: World’s Catholics Resist Pope to His Face”)

Just as the infamous Amazon Synod was concluding in Rome last year, the editor-in-chief of the American recognize-and-resist flagship publication The Remnant, Michael J. Matt, sat down and penned an “Open Letter to Pope Francis”. Although dated Oct. 26, 2019, it was not published until Nov. 20, 2019, together with a video version of the letter, in which a melodramatic Matt reads the text out loud:

Our most recent podcast, TRADCAST EXPRESS 113, provides an audio commentary on the Open Letter, interspersed in between soundbites of Matt’s reading of the missive.

Tradition and the Magisterium:
Refuting the False Claims of Prof. Roberto de Mattei

On April 2, 2020, the semi-traditionalist flagship publication Catholic Family News published an interview with Prof. Roberto de Mattei, an Italian historian who is also the founder of the Lepanto Foundation and editor of the Corrispondenza Romana news site. De Mattei frequently speaks at conservative Novus Ordo and semi-trad conferences and is routinely promoted in the publications of those groups as a guiding light of Tradition in our dark times.

In fact, it was precisely in that putative capacity that Matthew Gaspers, managing editor of Catholic Family News, recently interviewed de Mattei, since the hierarchy of the institution they both claim is the Catholic Church, obviously does not hold the Catholic Faith and therefore cannot be considered a reliable teacher of the same.
