Radio Message of Pope Pius XII

La Famiglia (1952)

Radio Message on the Occasion of “Family Day”
March 23, 1952

1. The family is the cradle of the birth and development of a new life, which needs to be cared for and nurtured, lest it perish,: this right and fundamental duty given and imposed immediately by God upon parents.

The content and end of education in the natural order is the development of the child to become a complete man: the content and end of Christian education is the formation of the new human being, reborn in baptism, as a perfect Christian.

Address of Pope Pius XII

Vegliare con Sollecitudine (1951)

Address to the Italian Association of Catholic Midwives
October 29, 1951

INTRODUCTION.

The midwife’s Christian duty.

BELOVED DAUGHTERS, the object of your profession, the secret of its grandeur and its beauty lies in this, that you guard with care the silent, humble cradle wherein Almighty God has infused an immortal soul into the seed provided by the parents, and this you do in order to give your professional assistance to the mother and to prepare a successful birth for the child she carried in her womb.

When you reflect on the wonderful collaboration of the parents, of nature and of God, as a result of which a new human being is born to the image and likeness of the Creator (see Genesis 1:26-27), you cannot help valuing at its proper worth the precious co-operation you contribute to an event of such importance.

The False Bergoglian Magisterium —
New Articles by Miles Christi

With Jorge Bergoglio still going strong in his role of “Pope Francis”, one never runs out of errors, heresies, blasphemies, impieties, or other scandals to refute and criticize. An utter travesty of Roman Catholicism, the Vatican II religion is the proverbial “gift that keeps on giving”, especially with Francis at the helm.

Catholic writer Miles Christi (“Soldier of Christ”), whom we have featured on this web site on numerous occasions, has released some new articles reviewing and exposing the false magisterium of the world’s most notorious apostate.… READ MORE

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall:
The New “Pope Video” (May 2017)

It’s the first week of the month, which means it’s time again for a new “Pope Video”.

As he does every month, so too in May the papal pretender in the Vatican has now released a video advancing his prayer intention for the next 30 days: “That Christians in Africa, in imitation of the Merciful Jesus, may give prophetic witness to reconciliation, justice, and peace” (source).

The 1-minute video clip can be watched here (caution! some immodesty):

For those who are unable to play the video, a brief description: The clip shows, in sequence, different African people looking at themselves in a mirror, in various settings.… READ MORE

Coexist: Mosque’s Call to Prayer intrudes on Francis’ Sermon in Cairo

Sometimes things just don’t go as planned. During a visit with clergy and seminarians in Cairo as part of his “Apostolic Journey” to Egypt, Francis on Saturday, Apr. 29, gave a homily that was interrupted by the Muezzin’s call to prayer at the neighboring Al-Nour mosque. Francis, noticing the untimely surprise, checked his watch and simply carried on.

Curiously, the Muezzin’s call came just as Francis read the words: “We venerate the Holy Cross, the instrument and sign of our salvation. When we flee the Cross, we flee the resurrection!”… READ MORE

Ninety years of Joseph Ratzinger

“Pope Emeritus” Benedict XVI turns 90

April 16 of this year marks the 90th birthday of Joseph Alois Ratzinger, more commonly known by his stage name, “Pope Emeritus” Benedict XVI. As Novus Ordo, semi-traditionalist, and secular TV and print media, web sites, and blogs will probably try to surpass each other in heaping praise upon the “orthodox, conservative Pope”, that “Great Restorer of Tradition”, we will use the occasion to remind people that Father Joseph Ratzinger — for that is all he is, never having received a valid consecration as bishop, much less the Papacy — has been a Modernist from his earliest days and is one of the most dangerous enemies of the Faith the Catholic Church has ever known.… READ MORE

Formal Correction of “Pope” Francis
— Not going to happen?

The perpetual Vatican soap opera about the blasphemous-heretical “Apostolic Exhortation” Amoris Laetitia released last April by “Pope” Francis appears to be going into the next round.

On November 15, 2016, “Cardinal” Raymond Burke said in an interview with the National Catholic Register that there would be a “formal act of correction” of Francis if he should refuse to answer the dubia (doubts, questions) that had been submitted to him regarding certain points of doctrine contained in the exhortation:

There is, in the Tradition of the Church, the practice of correction of the Roman Pontiff.

Allocution of Pope Pius XII

Quamvis Inquieti (1946)

Allocution of His Holiness Pope Pius XII to the Fathers of the Society of Jesus, Delegates in General Congregation XXIX, Sep. 17, 1946

Now there is nothing that calls us more urgently and pressingly than to restore the authority of religion and Christian moral discipline with due honor and vigor. Alas, into what times we have fallen because of the negligence of those immortal goods given to us by God! Wherever one looks one sees those who are totally ignorant of the Catholic faith, even the rudiments of religion itself. We see those who see nothing impious in crimes and license, those who disregard even the most elementary norms of morality and justice.… READ MORE

The Case of Pope Celestine III:
A Refutation of Robert J. Siscoe

The Pope is the one on the left

The master theologians of the recognize-and-resist camp are just too smart for their own good. On Feb. 21, 2017, Remnant contributor and True or False Pope? co-author Robert J. Siscoe published what he thought was a slam dunk against Sedevacantism. In an essay entitled “Pope Celestine III’s Error on the Indissolubility of Marriage”, published in the online edition of The Remnant, Siscoe argued that Pope Celestine III (1191-1198) had committed a serious doctrinal error which was later incorporated into universal Church law by Pope Gregory IX.… READ MORE

White Smoke, Anti-Pope:
A Response to “Fr.” Brian Harrison

The Rev. Brian Harrison, O.S., is a former professor of theology of the so-called Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Australian by birth, he is a convert to the Vatican II Sect from Presbyterianism (1972). Harrison belongs to the conservative/semi-traditionalist wing of the Novus Ordo Sect and has contributed to publications such as The Remnant, The Latin Mass, This Rock (now Catholic Answers Magazine), and Living Tradition, whose associate editor he is. One of the few clerics of the Modernist Sect who is willing to deal with traditionalist issues, Harrison is often tapped when the Novus Ordo Church needs someone to weigh in on traditionalist controversy, especially Sedevacantism.… READ MORE

Just how “traditional” is the SSPX?

Pope Pius IX condemns Bishop Fellay

There will no doubt be plenty more news, interviews, assertions, clarifications, retractions, and rumors before it finally comes to pass, but it seems pretty clear now that the Society of St. Pius X will indeed sign an agreement with the Modernist Vatican that will give them that coveted “full communion” status and convert them into a personal prelature that answers only to, well, the worst of them all: Chaos Frank (“Pope” Francis). It also seems pretty clear that this will happen before this year is over. Recent news suggests as much:

Letter from the Holy Office under Pope Pius IX condemning false attempts to procure Christian Unity

“Apostolicae Sedi Nuntiatum”

September 16, 1864

A Letter of the Supreme Holy Roman and Universal Inquisition to all the English Bishops

It has been notified to the Apostolic See that some Catholics and even ecclesiastics have given their names to a Society established in London in the year 1857, ‘for promoting’ (as it is called) ‘the unity of Christendom;’ and that several articles have been published in the daily papers signed with the names of Catholics, in approval of this Society, or supposed to have been written by ecclesiastics in its favour.… READ MORE

Resisting the Pope?
The Remnant and the Suppression of the Jesuits

In their desperate quest to find some historical precedent for acknowledging a blaspheming public apostate (“Pope” Francis) as the Vicar of Christ while at the same time resisting and contradicting the man’s every utterance, the semi-traditionalists at The Remnant have published a superficially-researched and sloppily-written blog post that turns out to be nothing more than yet another propaganda piece for their recognize-and-resist position.

We are talking about the blog post “Resisting Papal Errors: Another Historical Precedent for Cardinal Burke” by Chris Jackson (Jan.… READ MORE
