Respect everyone’s traditions, except Catholics’!

In latest “Pope Video”, Francis calls for respecting Rights of Indigenous Peoples

Actual screenshot from July 2016 “Pope Video” (0:49 mark)

It’s that time of the month again: the latest “Pope video” is out!

For the month of July, Francis the Naturalist’s intention is “That indigenous peoples, whose identity and very existence are threatened, will be shown due respect” (source).

The video, which is only 1:30 in length, can be viewed here:

Although so far, no subsequent video has yet outdone the first one in January, in which Francis put false religions on a level with the true religion and made the blasphemous and heretical claim that we have no certainty in religious matters (thus negating all Faith) except that we are all God’s children (contradicted by Gal 3:26), this new one for July once again showcases Francis’ Naturalist obsession with man and temporal things, which to him are ends in themselves.

Voodoo You Trust?
John Paul II’s Betrayal in Benin

JP2_benin

by John Kenneth Weiskittel

“You have a strong attachment to the traditions handed on by your ancestors.
It is legitimate to be grateful to your forbears who passed on this sense of the sacred,
belief in a single God who is good, a sense of celebration, esteem for the moral life and for harmony in society.”

—John Paul II (to voodoo representatives of Benin on 4 February 1993 at Cotonou)

Former FBI Consultant Claims: U.S. Intel Docs show Cardinal Siri elected Pope Gregory XVII in 1958

Former FBI consultant Paul L. Williams cites declassified U.S. intelligence documents allegedly showing that Cardinal Giuseppe Siri was elected Pope Gregory XVII at the conclave that, two days later, produced John XXIII

In 2003, former FBI consultant Paul L. Williams published a book called The Vatican Exposed: Money, Murder, and the Mafia (Prometheus Books). Although the book deals with alleged Vatican corruption in terms of money and power and has a decidedly liberal flavor, Williams also — almost as a side note — includes some straightforward, objective information on the papal conclave of 1958.… READ MORE

Allocution of Pope Pius IX

Singulari Quadam (1854)

Allocution of His Holiness Pope Pius IX to Cardinals gathered in Consistory on the day after the Definition of the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Dec. 9, 1854

(Not to be confused with the encyclical Singulari Quidem of 1856 or with Pope St. Pius X’s encyclical Singulari Quadam of 1912)

Filled with a singular joy, We exult in the Lord, Venerable Brothers, when we behold, standing in great numbers around us this day, you whom we can call with truth our joy and crown. You are indeed a portion of those who partake of our labors and our cares, in feeding that universal flock which the Lord has confided to our weakness, in protecting and defending the rights of the Catholic religion, in adding to it new followers who serve and adore, in sincerity of faith, the God of justice and of truth.… READ MORE

St. Francis of Assisi Prophecy:

“A Man, not Canonically Elected, will be raised to the Pontificate… In those days Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor, but a Destroyer”

[UPDATE: Some people dispute the authenticity of this prophecy, claiming it was concocted by certain dissident members of the Franciscan order in the 13th century and only subsequently attributed to St. Francis. Whether that be true or false, always keep in mind that ultimately, the case against the Vatican II antipopes is not based on private revelation.]

Shortly before he died in 1226, St. Francis of Assisi called together the members of his order and warned them of great tribulations that would befall the Church in the future, saying:

Act bravely, my Brethren; take courage, and trust in the Lord.

On Christopher Ferrara’s “Undertaker Pope”

Almost finished…

On June 6, The Remnant published a blog post written by its chief rhetorician, Christopher Ferrara, with the amusing title, “The Undertaker Pope: A Brief Study of an Infallibly Politically Correct Pontificate”. The retired American lawyer takes Francis to the woodshed for his most recent outrageous, erroneous, and sometimes downright ridiculous statements and actions, of which Ferrara provides the following summary:

  • Francis’s warm relations with socialist dictators;
  • his lauding of pro-abortion and pro-“gay” politicians;
  • his abuse of the papal office as a platform for globalist enviornmentalism (thus advantaging the same transnational corporations he professes to deplore);
  • his refusal to intervene in opposition to the legalization of “gay marriage” because “the Pope belongs to everybody, he cannot enter the concrete, domestic politics of a country.

The Popes Against Modern Errors:

The Encyclical Mirari Vos of Pope Gregory XVI (1832)

Last year, our friends over at Restoration Radio launched an exciting new series on the errors of modernity: In The Popes Against Modern Errors, sedevacantist Bishop Donald Sanborn analyzes and comments on the great anti-modern encyclical letters of the Popes from Gregory XVI through Pius XII (1831-1958).

The first episode is dedicated to Pope Gregory XVI’s 1832 landmark encyclical against liberalism, Mirari Vos. This magisterial document condemns and refutes errors such as indifferentism, freedom of speech, religious liberty, and separation of church and state.… READ MORE

YEAR OF CONDEMNATION
09: Who’s the “Hater” now? True vs. False Charity

We come to the ninth installment of our special Novus Ordo Watch Year of Exclusion, Judgment, and Condemnation series, where we propagate forgotten truths of the holy Catholic Faith that are considered by our sorry society as extremely judgmental, exclusionary, negative, hateful, bigoted, intolerant, condemnatory, unwelcoming, dogmatic, narrow-minded, and everything else that oh-so-enlightened modern man despises and detests.

Today we share an excerpt from the phenomenal work Liberalism is a Sin by Fr. Felix Sarda y Salvany. It was originally published in Spanish in 1886 and received the endorsement of the Sacred Congregation of the Index (Holy Office) under Pope Leo XIII.… READ MORE

Can a Pope be a Private Heretic?

St. Robert Bellarmine Speaks

As we announced approximately one year ago, the monumental theological work De Romano Pontifice (“On the Roman Pontiff”) of Cardinal St. Robert Bellarmine, S.J., has now been translated into English, for the first time ever. The translator is Mr. Ryan Grant of Mediatrix Press, and the English-speaking world owes him a tremendous amount of gratitude.

The English On the Roman Pontiff has been published in two volumes, with the first volume containing Books I and II, and the second volume containing Books III, IV, and V.… READ MORE

Setting the Historical Record straight…

The Truth about Pope Liberius and the “Excommunication” of St. Athanasius

liberius-athanasius.jpg
Now that Francis has successfully detonated his nuclear bomb called Amoris Laetitia — the “Apostolic Exhortation” effectively granting free rein to people in permanent adultery and other “irregular unions” to receive the Novus Ordo sacraments — the anti-sedevacantist “resistance traditionalists” are scrambling to justify their refusal to countenance the possibility that perhaps, just perhaps, a man whom anyone can see is truly the Vicar of Satan cannot also be the Vicar of Jesus Christ at the same time (cf. 2 Cor 6:15).

One of the most predictable internet sites in this regard is the famous indult blog Rorate Caeli, which quickly recycled the old litany of “heretical Popes” of the past to justify the current situation:

Why it is intrinsically impossible to be more Catholic than the Pope, is something we explained to The Remnant’s chief rhetorician Christopher Ferrara a few months ago, and it bears repeating:

“Paul VI”

On August 6, 1978, Bishop Giovanni Battista Montini, the man who claimed to be the Pope of the Catholic Church from 1963 to 1978 under the name of “Paul VI”, was called by God to judgment. It was Paul VI, more than any other of the Conciliar papal pretenders, who visibly transformed the Holy Roman Catholic Church into the Modernist Novus Ordo Sect of the Second Vatican Council, whose documents he alone approved and promulgated.… READ MORE
