Francis’ Brilliant Plan for World Peace: Ban All Weapons!

The Modernist Jesuit Jorge Bergoglio (stage name: “Pope Francis”) has once again graced the world with his infinite wisdom. Today, Apr. 29, 2018, he sent out a tweet that says: “Do we really want peace? Then let’s ban all weapons so we don’t have to live in fear of war.”

No, this is not a joke. This is not fake news. This is not satire, nor does it come from a parody account. This is from the real “Pope” Francis. The link to the actual tweet can be found here, and we have taken a screenshot as evidence just in case the tweet gets deleted:

With idiotic content this like being the real news coming from Vatican City, there is nothing left to do for the satirists and parodists at Eye of the Tiber.… READ MORE

The Vatican has announced that “Pope” Francis will visit the Swiss city of Geneva on June 21, 2018, to participate in the festivities for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the so-called World Council of Churches, an ecumenical body of sundry heretical and schismatic sects that are striving for some kind of “visible unity”. According to its official web site, the World Council of Churches identifies itself as “a community of churches on the way to visible unity in one faith and one eucharistic fellowship, expressed in worship and in common life in Christ” (source).… READ MORE

Talk about Pelagianism: Francis tells Boy his Atheist Father is in Heaven because he was “good”

No one who has not experienced it himself can possibly understand the incredible grief a little child who has lost his father has to endure. Such grief must be infinitely worse when the father in question was an atheist, since anyone who dies an atheist will certainly be damned:

He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned. (Mk 16:16)

But without faith it is impossible to please God. For he that cometh to God, must believe that he is, and is a rewarder to them that seek him.

Francis: Without Woman, Man is Not the Image and Likeness of God

June 15, 2018 was a particularly interesting day in Novus Ordo Land. In the Modernist worship service, the Gospel reading for the day was Matthew 5:27-32, which reads as follows:

You have heard that it was said to them of old: Thou shalt not commit adultery. But I say to you, that whosoever shall look on a woman to lust after her, hath already committed adultery with her in his heart. And if thy right eye scandalize thee, pluck it out and cast it from thee.

Five Years Ago Today: Benedict XVI Resigns

Joseph Ratzinger Announced Historic
Resignation Five Years Ago Today

It was Monday, February 11, 2013, when Italian journalist Giovanna Chirri became the first person to inform the world of “Pope” Benedict XVI‘s resignation, effective February 28. As the Vatican correspondent for the Italian news outlet ANSA, Chirri was seated among other members of the press to cover on-site the consistory Benedict had convoked and at which he made known his totally unexpected decision to renounce the office of the papacy which he had (falsely) been claiming since April 19, 2005:

Quapropter bene conscius ponderis huius actus plena libertate declaro me ministerio Episcopi Romae, Successoris Sancti Petri, mihi per manus Cardinalium die 19 aprilis MMV commisso renuntiare ita ut a die 28 februarii MMXIII, hora 20, sedes Romae, sedes Sancti Petri vacet et Conclave ad eligendum novum Summum Pontificem ab his quibus competit convocandum esse.

Chaos, Crises, and Corruption: The Francis Show at Five

© Mazur/catholicnews.org.uk (license: CC BY-NC-SA 2.0)

Congratulations, everyone. You have endured 1,826 days of mercy, joy, encounter, tenderness, favelas, and field hospitals; of touching the wounded, caressing the elderly, affirming the marginalized, welcoming migrants, warming hearts, tearing down walls, building bridges, and moving forward. In short: You have lived through 5 years of Jorge Bergoglio as “Pope Francis.”

Those who suspect that Francis must have a double or a twin brother because it is impossible for just one single person to speak as much as he does, we must disappoint: There’s only one, and on Novus Ordo Watch, he’s got his own page:

It was Mar.… READ MORE

Actions speak louder than words…

A Bergoglian Corpus Christi

Every year the Feast of Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) solemnly commemorates our Lord’s institution of the Holy Eucharist at the Last Supper the night before His Crucifixion. When Christ spoke the words “This is My Body… This is My Blood” (Mt 26:26,28), He transubstantiated bread and wine into His very own Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity — to be our perpetual Sacrifice “unto remission of sins” (Mt 26:28) and heavenly Food (see Jn 6:51-52) to be with us forever (cf. Mt 28:20; Jn 14:18). Thus the Sacred Liturgy celebrates the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar as Sacrifice (Holy Mass), as Meal (Holy Communion), and as Adorable Presence in the Tabernacle. … READ MORE

First Francis, now Benedict XVI:
New Photos show Joseph Ratzinger with Black Eye

The diocese of Passau, Germany, just published two new images of the so-called “Pope Emeritus”, Fr. Joseph Ratzinger, otherwise known by his stage name “Benedict XVI.” Here is one of them:

The two visitors seen in this photo are “Bishop” Stefan Oster of the diocese of Passau, Germany, in which lies Benedict’s birthplace, and Mr. Peter Seewald, a German journalist who has produced numerous interview books with Ratzinger. Oster and Seewald visited Benedict to give him a copy of a new book they collaborated on, entitled Benedikt XVI.READ MORE

USCCB Doctrinal Advisor Fired after Publishing Critical Letter to Francis

[UPDATE 03-NOV-17: “Mgr.” John Strynkowski responds to “Fr.” Weinandy in Open Letter]

The Church of Mercy, Dialogue, and Compassion has struck again. This time, the object of its solicitous benevolence was the Capuchin “Fr.” Thomas Weinandy, who was a theological consultant for the doctrinal committee of the United States Conference of Bishops (USCCB) — until yesterday. It was then that he committed what is in the Vatican II Church an unpardonable sin and, as a result, was fired “resigned” from his post after a meeting with the American Chief Modernist, “Cardinal” Daniel DiNardo (of Houston co-cathedral Methodist “ordination” infamy).… READ MORE

Beware of 21st-century Jesuits bearing gifts!

When Francis visited the Asian nation of Myanmar in late November, he gave, as is customary, a diplomatic gift to the country’s president, who is the official host; and, being the guest, he received one in return. President Htin Kyaw, who is a Buddhist, gave Francis a set of porcelain wares and also a painting of the Lord Jesus Christ.… READ MORE

Shea repeats blasphemous thesis of “Pope” Francis…

Did St. John the Baptist doubt that Jesus Christ was the Messiah? A Refutation of Mark Shea

One of Francis’ most industrious disciples is the infamous Novus Ordo apologist Mark P. Shea. A long-time contributor to EWTN and the National Catholic Register, Shea was fired in 2016 after numerous controversies about “his writings and engagement on other forums” (source). He quickly found a new home, however, at The Catholic Weekly, a Novus Ordo newspaper based in Sydney, Australia, and this is where he now does his spiritual damage.

One of the recurring themes in Francis’ pseudo-pontificate is the idea that while he was in prison for having told King Herod that it was not lawful for him to have his brother’s wife (see Mk 6:17-18), St.… READ MORE

Conservative Church Crisis Conference in Rome issues Lackluster Declaration

Saturday, April 7, 2018, saw yet another high-profile “Catholic” conference in Rome. It was, in essence, a crisis self-help conference by various conservative Novus Ordo personalities who are wondering what they can or should do in the current situation without having to deny that Francis is a true Pope. Similar events had taken place before, such as the conference in Rome on Christian marriage sponsored by the Lepanto Foundation in Dec. 2016.

Officially, the conference had the intriguing and yet smooth-sounding title, “Catholic Church, where are you going?” … READ MORE

New Vatican News Internet Platform designed and run by Contractor known for its LGBT Activism

On Dec. 17, 2017, the Vatican officially launched its new internet communications platform, VaticanNews.va, which consolidates and replaces its previous diverse media channels. The launching of the new web site is reportedly the last part of the Unholy See’s ongoing effort to streamline and modernize its communications and media apparatus.

So far, so good. But now it has come to light that the company the Vatican hired to do all this work — both the original design and setup and the ongoing development — is one of the most openly supportive of sexual perversion out there.… READ MORE

A Perfect Example of Naturalism: Francis reflects on Death without mentioning Judgment, Heaven, or Hell

The world was given a rather generous glimpse into the Naturalist mind of Jorge Bergoglio today as the man otherwise known as “Pope Francis” reflected on death during his daily homily.

As we have pointed out numerous times on this web site, Francis preaches what we call the “gospel of man”, a false gospel that focuses almost exclusively on the temporal, the mundane, the natural. His concern is always with this world: Whether it be helping the needy, eradicating poverty, improving education, combatting economic injustice, advocating for a “culture of encounter” or of “tenderness”, or improving working conditions for coal miners in Indonesia, the “Pope” is always there with his oh-so tender-hearted solicitude and unsolicited advice.… READ MORE

The Case of Robert Grosseteste:
Historical Precedent for Recognize-and-Resist?

A large amount of traditionalist recognize-and-resist theology goes back to the research and argumentation of one man: the British writer Michael Treharne Davies (1936-2004). It is propagated chiefly by the Lefebvrist Society of St. Pius X, whose main lay apologist he was for decades, by the Fatima Center, by Catholic Family News, by The Remnant, and by similar organizations or publications.

Unable to use genuine traditional Catholic theology to back up their recognize-and-resist position, these false traditionalists — we like to call them semi-trads or neo-trads — attempt time and again to find some kind of precedent in Church history that they can point to and say, “See, we’re simply doing what was done back then.”… READ MORE
