Did Francis approve Blessings for Homo Couples? Examining his Response to the Pre-Synod Dubia

October 2 of this year was D-Day — ‘Dubia Day’: The Vatican’s Dicastery for the Destruction of the Faith, now headed by ‘Cardinal’ Victor Manuel Fernandez, released official and authoritative responses (personally signed by Jorge Bergoglio, aka ‘Pope Francis’) to two sets of Dubia that had been submitted in July: one set of ten questions by ‘Cardinal’ Dominik Duka, and one set of five questions by ‘Cardinals’ Raymond Burke, Juan Sandoval Íñiguez, Walter Brandmüller, Robert Sarah, and Joseph Zen.

As was to be expected, the Vatican responses were loaded with fireworks.… READ MORE

New Dubia Drama:
Five Conservative ‘Cardinals’ challenge Francis

[UPDATE: We have corrected an error regarding the original formulation of the Dubia. Post revised accordingly.]

Asking ‘Pope’ Francis (Jorge Bergoglio) to clarify his doctrine is risky business — especially if he responds.

This has happened now to ‘Cardinals’ Walter Brandmuller, Raymond Burke, Joseph Zen Ze-kiun, Juan Sandoval Íñiguez, and Robert Sarah, who challenged the man they erroneously believe to be the Pope of the Catholic Church regarding matters of doctrine on faith and morals.

Back on July 10 of this year, the five Novus Ordo cardinals had submitted five specific questions to Francis in the traditional ‘dubia’ (Latin for doubts) format.… READ MORE

Omar Bello: Francis Plays Both Sides

In 2013, Argentinian philosopher Omar Bello (1964-2015) published an explosive book about Jorge Bergoglio, who at the time had just been elected “Pope” Francis. Entitled El Verdadero Francisco (“The Real Francis”), the book claims to present unknown facts about what kind of person the former “Archbishop” of Buenos Aires really is. The book’s subtitle reads in English: “The private life, psychology, secrets, and doubts of the Argentinian Pope. By the philosopher who knows him best.” What makes the work more interesting still is the fact that its author was a friend, not an enemy, of Francis.… READ MORE
