Another abomination of desolation…

Profanation in Rome:
Anglican Liturgy celebrated in St. Peter’s Basilica

Today is the fourth anniversary of Jorge Bergoglio’s election as head of the apostate Vatican II Sect. What’s a fitting way to mark that special day? How about an Anglican liturgy inside St. Peter’s Basilica at the altar of the Chair of St. Peter?

That’s exactly what happened today.

Curiously, the event was not advertised very much; but on Feb. 7, readers of this blog were informed of the upcoming sacrilege:

It remains to be seen if there will be a decent amount of news coverage or if the Vatican and other Novus Ordo news outlets will try to keep reporting on this to a bare minimum. … READ MORE

Bovine manure alert…

Bp. Fellay says “Cardinal” Müller wants SSPX to fight the Modernists! — An Inconvenient Reality Check

On March 3, 2017, during a visit to Poland, the Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X, Bp. Bernard Fellay, gave one of his famous “Rome update” conferences, in which he brings his followers up to speed on what’s happening in the neverending story of the doctrinal-canonical negotiations between the Vatican and the Lefebvrist SSPX. In essence, these sermons typically contain the same content every time, more or less. For details on this phenomenon, see our post on Bp. Fellay’s last major update in August 2016:

No Cross, No Christ: Vatican’s Logo for Trip to Colombia features only Francis

The Vatican has confirmed that “Pope” Francis will once again blow tons of carbon into the air, this time by means of an airplane trip to Colombia, which is scheduled to take place September 6-11, 2017.

The following is the official logo the Vatican has released for the trip. As is clearly evident, it is once again all about Francis:

Guess what: a new interview!

Francis: “I am a Sinner and am Fallible”

Those who thought that since “Pope” Francis is on retreat this week, we wouldn’t hear anything from him until he returns, will now have their illusions shattered: Tomorrow’s edition of the German weekly Die Zeit features a substantial interview with the chief Modernist of the Vatican II Church. The full text of the conversation, which is only available to paid subscribers, was released electronically on Mar. 8:

In order to remain within the legal guidelines of “fair use” of the copyrighted text, we cannot reproduce a lot of quotes from the interview here.… READ MORE

Another argument goes down in flames…

The Case of Pope Celestine III:
A Refutation of Robert J. Siscoe

The Pope is the one on the left

The master theologians of the recognize-and-resist camp are just too smart for their own good. On Feb. 21, 2017, Remnant contributor and True or False Pope? co-author Robert J. Siscoe published what he thought was a slam dunk against Sedevacantism. In an essay entitled “Pope Celestine III’s Error on the Indissolubility of Marriage”, published in the online edition of The Remnant, Siscoe argued that Pope Celestine III (1191-1198) had committed a serious doctrinal error which was later incorporated into universal Church law by Pope Gregory IX.… READ MORE

A new ‘New Mass’?

Vatican reportedly working on ‘Ecumenical Rite of Mass’ for joint Worship with Protestants

What difference, at this point, would it make?

The times we live in are such that it is increasingly difficult to distinguish fact from fiction, truth from satire. A few days ago a rumor began to spread on the internet to the effect that the Vatican is working on drafting a new, ecumenical rite of “Mass”, one that can be attended by “Catholics” (i.e. Novus Ordos), Anglicans, and other Protestants, and that can also be concelebrated by “clergy” from these three groups. In other words, it would be a lowest-common denominator worship service that presents no doctrinal obstacle to Novus Ordos, Anglicans, or other Protestants (the Eastern Orthodox are conspicuously absent from this project).… READ MORE

Introducing… partially valid sacraments!

“Cardinal” Coccopalmerio: Need to Revisit Notion of Sacraments as only either Valid or Invalid

Valid or invalid? Too black and white for Cocco!

The Vatican II Sect is an absolute circus. What passes for “Catholic theology” in the Modernist dens of the Vatican has the hallmarks of a tragicomedy.

Consider the latest from “Cardinal” Francesco Coccopalmerio, the president of the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts. In an interview conducted by Ed Pentin of the National Catholic Register, published Mar. 1, the curial “cardinal” said:

We say, everything is valid; nothing is valid.

White Smoke, Anti-Pope:
A Response to “Fr.” Brian Harrison

The Rev. Brian Harrison, O.S., is a former professor of theology of the so-called Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Australian by birth, he is a convert to the Vatican II Sect from Presbyterianism (1972). Harrison belongs to the conservative/semi-traditionalist wing of the Novus Ordo Sect and has contributed to publications such as The Remnant, The Latin Mass, This Rock (now Catholic Answers Magazine), and Living Tradition, whose associate editor he is. One of the few clerics of the Modernist Sect who is willing to deal with traditionalist issues, Harrison is often tapped when the Novus Ordo Church needs someone to weigh in on traditionalist controversy, especially Sedevacantism.… READ MORE

Just in time for Lent!

Francis in New Interview:
“Walk in Other People’s Shoes”!

It’s almost Lent, and in case you were going to be thinking about Jesus Christ, your own soul, or a path of penance for the next 40 days, “Pope” Francis has taken steps to ensure that the focus will remain on him instead: He has graced the world with yet another one of his legendary interviews. (No one is counting anymore, but we must be somewhere around 5o now in total since 2013.)

On Shrove Tuesday, Feb. 28, the Italian homeless-run magazine Scarp de’ Tenis published its latest issue with a big picture of Francis on the cover behind the title, “Mettiamoci Nelle Scarpe Degli Altri” — “Let’s Walk in the Shoes of Others”.… READ MORE

Making sense of today’s craziness

The Papacy & the Passion of the Church

During last year’s Fatima Conference sponsored by the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen (CMRI) in Spokane, Washington, Mr. Mario Derksen, pictured below, gave a most informative lecture on the subject of the Catholic Papacy and the Church’s Mystical Passion. We are happy to be able to share the audio and also a written version of this presentation.

What has happened to the Catholic Church? This is the question that everyone who has a love for the Church is asking himself in our time. The Church of Jesus Christ is divinely guaranteed to be indefectible: She cannot change in her essence; she cannot defect from her divine mission; she cannot compromise with the errors of the world; she cannot lose the Faith and suddenly promote a different religion.… READ MORE

At the daily ding-dong school of apostasy…

On Gospel Text forbidding Adultery, Francis denounces “Casuistry”

To ensure that no word of Jesus Christ will ever go understood correctly again, “Pope” Francis has been on an unrelenting diabolical mission of twisting Scriptural texts as they come up each day in the Novus Ordo lectionary. Since his installation in 2013, the Casa Santa Marta’s most obnoxious squatter has been distorting biblical passages on a daily basis to advance his very own personal “gospel”, one in which we hear an awful lot about this world, especially the poor and the suffering, but next to nothing about the importance of the afterlife, the soul, grace, justification, faith, the rights and dignity of God, etc.… READ MORE

Novus Ordo Watch Announcement

Dear Readers:

You may have noticed that neither our blog nor our Twitter feed have been updated in a few days, and this is simply due to a sudden bout of severe illness that is finally coming to a close. It’s actually a great way to start preparing for Lent!

We should be back to normal here shortly, perhaps another 24-48 hours.

In the meantime, why not….

Gigantic Statue of “Pope” Francis comes to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

One year ago today, “Pope” Francis visited the city of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, which is situated directly at the border with the United States, right across from the American city of El Paso, Texas. Ciudad Juarez is an embattled city and plays a central role in the ongoing Mexican drug war. In 2010, the Juarez murder rate exceeded 3,500 people.

As part of his trip to Mexico in February 2016, the “Pope” visited Juarez, meeting there with prisoners, performing a Novus Ordo worship service, and holding a farewell ceremony at the international airport.… READ MORE

Francis stands up for the Rights of Tradition!
Pagan Tradition, of course!

No matter what happens in or around the city of Rome, you can bet your bottom dollar that Francis has something to say about it — unless it happens to be the 100th anniversary of the death of Pope Saint Pius X, or a set of dubia exposing his heretical claptrap is given him — then he mysteriously discovers the beauty of silence.… READ MORE
