“Plea to the Pope”:
VIP Lineup asks Francis to get his Act together
Well, at least it’s a serious effort they’re making, and not just a “click here to sign a petition” ad: “Bishop” Athanasius Schneider, “Fr.” Linus Clovis, and fourteen Novus Ordo life and family leaders from various countries have produced a 30-minute video in which they plead with their “Holy Father” to please stop attacking Catholicism and finally teach sound doctrine. The immediate trigger for this move was the release of Francis’ chaos exhortation Amoris Laetitia, which effectively permits unrepentant public fornicators and adulterers to receive the Novus Ordo version of Holy Communion:
While it seems clear that these people are of good will, it must again be pointed out that it is sheer folly to recognize the manifest apostate Jorge Bergoglio as the Pope of the Catholic Church.… READ MORE
The Trouble with Jorge:
Semi-Trads at the Breaking Point
The Semi-Traditionalists are reaching their breaking point over “Pope” Francis. Jorge Bergoglio has been putting out so much blasphemous, heretical, and scandalous blather that Christopher Ferrara, the popular Remnant columnist, author, speaker, and retired attorney, can’t write commentaries fast enough to keep up with him.
The next recognize-and-resist self-help conference, scheduled for Sept. 9-11, won’t do much more than simply get the usual people together for their little “we’re the real Catholics” powwow and have exactly zero impact on the Vatican II Sect, which they still claim is the Catholic Church.… READ MORE
In latest “Pope Video”, Francis calls for respecting Rights of Indigenous Peoples
Actual screenshot from July 2016 “Pope Video” (0:49 mark)
It’s that time of the month again: the latest “Pope video” is out!
For the month of July, Francis the Naturalist’s intention is “That indigenous peoples, whose identity and very existence are threatened, will be shown due respect” (source).
The video, which is only 1:30 in length, can be viewed here:
Although so far, no subsequent video has yet outdone the first one in January, in which Francis put false religions on a level with the true religion and made the blasphemous and heretical claim that we have no certainty in religious matters (thus negating all Faith) except that we are all God’s children (contradicted by Gal 3:26), this new one for July once again showcases Francis’ Naturalist obsession with man and temporal things, which to him are ends in themselves.
Comments on the Latest Bp. Fellay Interview — and on the June 29 Press Release
On June 22, 2016, we were the first English-speaking web site to break the news about Bp. Bernard Fellay’s new interview, published on June 21, on the relations between the Society of St. Pius X and the Vatican. What is puzzling is that virtually no one has picked up on the news since, even though the SSPX Superior General made not a few statements that should raise the eyebrows of anyone who considers himself a real Catholic. Here is our original post on the interview:
Church “must ask Forgiveness” of Homosexuals because “Who are we to Judge?!”; Martin Luther “did not err” on Justification; “All of us are Saints, because all of us have the Holy Spirit”
As we all know, “Pope” Francis provides free in-flight entertainment on the way home from every trip he takes by plane, and this was no less the case on June 26, as he was flying back from Armenia after a three-day trip. Speaking his mind freely in response to unscreened questions from journalists who accompanied him, Jorge Bergoglio proved once again today that the moniker we have given him — “Chaos Frank” — is a perfect fit.… READ MORE
Comedy Hour at The Remnant: “Francis is the Pope Until the Pope Says He’s Not”
Peek-a-boo! Is he or isn’t he?
Apparently there is a new policy in place at the semi-traditionalist flagship publication The Remnant: Bloggers can write whatever they please about the Papacy, even if it contradicts the Faith, as long as they don’t endorse Sedevacantism.
Most recent case in point: A blog post by Hilary White (pictured left) entitled, “Francis is the Pope Until the Pope Says He’s Not”. The title offers a good preview of the confused theology that follows in the body of the text, where a copious amount of hot air combines with unorthodox theological ideas to create a dangerous concoction that seeks to make up for a woeful lack of Catholicism.… READ MORE
“We’ve never wanted to be separated from Rome”; “Vatican never called us Schismatic”; “Rome tacitly approves of our Ordinations”
As things deteriorate rapidly in the Vatican II Sect under Francis, the Society of St. Pius X is more eager than ever to obtain regularization and full recognition by Rome. On Tuesday, June 21, 2016, the SSPX Superior General, Bishop Bernard Fellay, gave an interview to Josef Bruckmoser of the Austrian paper Salzburger Nachrichten.
The one-page interview is now available online, and we have translated it from the original German into English (Bp.… READ MORE
Robert Spaemann: ‘There is a limit to how much the Church can take’
Robert Spaemann is an 89-year-old German philosopher and one of the few outspoken critics of “Pope” Francis. His religious affiliation is what we call “conservative Novus Ordo”, that is, he believes the Modernist Vatican II Sect to be the Catholic Church and Francis her legitimate head while adhering to what’s typically considered to be a conservative interpretation of Vatican II and the post-conciliar magisterium.
In April of this year, he denounced Francis’ “Apostolic Exhortation” Amoris Laetitia and warned about the “danger of schism” while Francis continues to wreck what is left of Catholicism in the Vatican II Church.… READ MORE
Ann Barnhardt dumps Francis,
seeks Refuge in Benedict XVI
She’s finally figured it out: Francis cannot be the Pope of the Catholic Church. The outspoken colorful controversialist Ann Barnhardt has announced on her web site that she can no longer hold that Francis is or ever was a true Pope, the Vicar of Christ. The reason for Miss Barnhardt’s change of mind is found in the very opening paragraphs of her blog post:
It is now clear to me, and I feel it morally incumbent upon me given my position to publicly state that I believe Jorge Bergoglio, “Francis” to be an Antipope, never having been canonically elected, and that Joseph Ratzinger, Pope Benedict XVI is still the Roman Pontiff.
Francis: “Great Majority” of Marriages today are Invalid because People don’t realize it’s indissoluble — but “Fidelity” in Cohabitation = Real Marriage!
[UPDATE 17-JUN-2016 18:01 UTC:Vatican edits official transcript, changes Francis’ actual words “a great majority of” into “part of”. In either case, however, the fundamental problem remains: Francis believes sacramental marriages are invalid if people do not know or understand that marriage is permanent for life — how many such cases there actually are, is insignificant; the point is that Francis admits the principle! And he furthermore believes that fornication with only one and the same partner equals a real marriage!]… READ MORE
“A Man, not Canonically Elected, will be raised to the Pontificate… In those days Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor, but a Destroyer”
[UPDATE: Some people dispute the authenticity of this prophecy, claiming it was concocted by certain dissident members of the Franciscan order in the 13th century and only subsequently attributed to St. Francis. Whether that be true or false, always keep in mind that ultimately, the case against the Vatican II antipopes is not based on private revelation.]
Shortly before he died in 1226, St. Francis of Assisi called together the members of his order and warned them of great tribulations that would befall the Church in the future, saying:
Act bravely, my Brethren; take courage, and trust in the Lord.
This is the day Michael Voris must have been waiting for: Francis finally condemns heretics! Quick, everyone: Fire up the Vortex cameras and get everything ready on the web site to report on this breaking news!
On second thought, maybe not… Unfortunately for Mr. Voris and his Church Militant crew, Francis condemns as heretical precisely the kind of Catholic Michael Voris considers himself to be. Ouch! (Tim Haines, he means you too!)
On Thursday, June 9, Francis once again outdid himself in the sermon he gave at the daily “Mass” at Casa Santa Marta, this time on the Gospel of St.… READ MORE
On June 6, The Remnant published a blog post written by its chief rhetorician, Christopher Ferrara, with the amusing title, “The Undertaker Pope: A Brief Study of an Infallibly Politically Correct Pontificate”. The retired American lawyer takes Francis to the woodshed for his most recent outrageous, erroneous, and sometimes downright ridiculous statements and actions, of which Ferrara provides the following summary:
Francis’s warm relations with socialist dictators;
his lauding of pro-abortion and pro-“gay” politicians;
his abuse of the papal office as a platform for globalist enviornmentalism (thus advantaging the same transnational corporations he professes to deplore);
his refusal to intervene in opposition to the legalization of “gay marriage” because “the Pope belongs to everybody, he cannot enter the concrete, domestic politics of a country.
“Together 2016”: Francis to make Virtual Appearance at Protestant “Jesus Gathering” in Washington, D.C.
A Protestant “evangelization” movement called PULSE has announced an event they call “Together 2016 — Fill the Mall”. Their goal is to get 1,000,000 people to show up at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on July 16, 2016, to “stand for Jesus”. As Christian News Wire reports, the confirmed speakers list for the 12-hour event includes the following names:
Hillsong United, Kari Jobe, Francis Chan, Lecrae, Nick Hall, Passion, Crowder, Kirk Franklin, Ravi Zacharias, Jeremy Camp, Andy Mineo, Michael W. Smith, Lauren Daigle, Christine Caine, Mark Batterson, Matthew West, Jo Saxton, Mike Kelsey, Casting Crowns, John K.

@rosaryofroses @SJSD12345 Because baptism of desire was taught everywhere by everyone. An implicit condemnation would not be sufficient. Why would there not be an explicit one? @rosaryofroses @SJSD12345 Again, we are once again dealing with evidence that baptism is necessary for salvation. Why can nobody produce a theologian (post-Trent) that says baptism of desire is false? If Trent is a definitive proof that baptism of desire is false, why does nobody say so? https://t.co/Ajkd0DUbcF
@rosaryofroses @SJSD12345 But if baptism of desire were indeed heresy, considering its universal prevalence, the heresy would have had to be mentioned at least somewhere and condemned. Yet, all you can do is point to baptism being necessary for salvation, which no one who teaches baptism of desire denies. https://t.co/qn37ZiEIAX
