“One and the Same Rite”?
How Benedict XVI’s Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum Aims to Destroy the Traditional Latin Mass

After about a year of rumors, on July 7, 2007, Fr. Joseph Ratzinger (“Pope Benedict XVI”) finally released an “Apostolic Letter motu proprio,” entitled Summorum Pontificum, on the use of the Roman Missal of 1962, the liturgical rite that is referred to by many as the “Traditional Latin Mass.” This document grants a fairly wide permission to priests in the Novus Ordo Church to use the 1962 Missal (of John XXIII) instead of the 1970 Missal (of Paul VI) for their celebration of Mass, though it does not do away with all conditions and restrictions, as we will see below.… READ MORE

The Lives of Others:
“Father” Zuhlsdorf Recommends Immoral Movie

lives-of-others-scorecard.jpg

Wherein Fr. Z entices people to watch a film that can ruin their souls

This is really upsetting. On October 30, the Vatican II Sect’s biretta-wearing internet celebrity Rev. John Zuhlsdorf, commonly known as “Father Z”, published a blog post recommending the movie The Lives of Others (“Das Leben der Anderen“, 2007) with the late German actor Ulrich Muhe. The film, set in 1980s Communist East Germany, tells the story of a secret government operative who spent his life spying on and monitoring people the state tagged as (actual or potential) “enemies” — thus making it a movie incredibly relevant to our times.

So humble, he’s proud of it…

“Humility” on Display:
The Francis Show

It is amazing to see how many people are falling for the show of the “humble” Francis, Jorge Bergoglio. People should know that there is nothing humble about a man who, in the presence of countless cameras and journalists, constantly tries to show off how wonderful of a person he is (one is reminded of the words of the proud Pharisee, “I am not as the rest of men” [Lk 18:11]). Besides, you definitely know something is wrong when the liberal-secular media veritably swoons over “the Pope” as he gets approval ratings as high as 88% and receives one “Person of the Year” award after another.… READ MORE

The Scandals Continue – And there’s a New One Brewing…

Sandro Magister on Ricca, Francis,
and the Next Vatican Scandal

A week after publishing his explosive article “The Prelate of the Gay Lobby” in the Italian L’Espresso, which exposed “Mgr.” Battista Ricca, head of the Vatican Bank, as precisely the kind of scandalous homosexual “Pope” Francis wants to get rid of, Vaticanist Sandro Magister has penned a follow-up article. Highlights below:

On Ricca:

“About the monsignor [Ricca]’s scandalous past, and the present cover-up, Francis knew nothing when on June 15 he appointed him prelate, meaning his fiduciary at the IOR.

Unholy Orders:
Paul VI’s Modernist Ordination Rite Turns 45

paul6-pontificalis.jpg
On June 18, 1968, Bp. Giovanni Battista Montini — then the head of the Vatican II Sect and known as “Pope” Paul VI — signed an “apostolic constitution” to change the Roman Catholic rite of ordination. These changes touched not only some of the more peripheral ceremonies but the very substance of the sacrament itself. The very words which Pope Pius XII, in 1947, had definitively decreed were necessary for the validity of the sacrament of holy orders, were changed by Paul VI in such a way as to render the ordination of priests doubtful and the consecration of bishops definitely invalid.… READ MORE

Liberalism and Personal Polemics:
Can We Only Attack an Argument and Never a Person?

Some readers of our web site, though happy with the content in general, may be somewhat displeased with our rhetorical attacks on certain individuals, specifically (our favorite targets) members of the bogus Vatican II hierarchy, but also subscribers to the false “recognize-and-resist” opposition, including Michael Voris, John Vennari, Michael Matt, John Salza, and Christopher Ferrara. Is it really necessary – or even permissible – to criticize people and not just their views?

Oh yes!

The following is an excerpt from the 1886 book Liberalism is a Sin by Fr.

The Battle Over Novus Ordo Apologist Salaries and the Conflicts of Interest They Generate

The Numbers

Sparks are flying in Novus Ordo Land. On August 29, 2013, ChurchMilitant.TV‘s senior executive producer and host of The Vortex Michael Voris — the man whose haircut that makes him look like a mixture between Justin Bieber and the Doctor Who of the late 1960s — caused quite a ruckus among those members of the Vatican II Sect that are often described as (and consider themselves to be) “conservative Catholics”. He did this by calling to his viewers’ attention the (publicly available) salary figures of the highest income earners at various popular Novus Ordo organizations, including the well-known Catholic Answers in Southern California.… READ MORE

Now they just need an actual priest to go with the actual confessionals…

Confessionals without Priests

The indult blog Rorate Caeli has posted an article that tells of a Novus Ordo parish that has experienced an increase in people going to confession after having installed traditional confessional boxes and abandoning the modernist “reconciliation room”. “Actual confessionals mean  more actual confessions,” titles Rorate Caeli. This is true, and by the same token, actual priests mean more actual absolutions. And there’s the problem: You can confess all you like, even in a traditional confessional box, but if the man on the other side isn’t a validly ordained priest, you’re not obtaining forgiveness of your sins (which was probably the point of you going to confession in the first place).

How to Understand what Francis Really Meant in 11 Easy Steps

Jimmy Akin is a professional Novus Ordo apologist. He is employed by California-based Catholic Answers, but also writes for the EWTN-owned so-called National Catholic Register newspaper.

Akin enjoys a generous, six-figure salary at his job, and it is easy to see why: He makes the impossible happen for the Vatican II Church on a daily basis, which now includes even suspending the law of non-contradiction, as needed. And when it comes to Jorge Bergoglio, the talkative Argentinian Modernist who claims to be the Pope of the Catholic Church, the need is great.

Guest Commentary by Patricius

Atheist Blasphemer Leon Ferrari

UPDATE 7/25/13: Leon Ferrari has died – CLICK HERE for News Story

On November 29, 2004, God-hating atheist “artist” León Ferrari, founder of CIHABAPAI (“Club of Impious Heretics, Apostates, Blasphemers, Atheists, Pagans, Agnostics, and Infidels”), opened a blasphemous “art” exhibition at the Recoleta cultural center in Buenos Aires, Argentina – offensive not only to Catholics, but to Christians, theists, and civilized people in general.

Some of Ferrari’s wicked “art” can be seen at the following links, but be warned: What you will see there is extremely disturbing, containing indecent, impure, sacrilegious, and blasphemous displays, incl.READ MORE

Decision Time for The Remnant:

Is the Novus Ordo Church the True Church or a Counterfeit Church?

For decades the semi-traditionalists at The Remnant have been reporting on the apostasy of the Vatican II Church: its evil disciplines, its erroneous and heretical teachings, its impious liturgical laws, its scandalous clergy, its wicked practices. In short, they have been making the overall case that the Novus Ordo Church is the exact opposite of a trustworthy guide in matters of eternal salvation, that it is not the Ark of Salvation but the Ark of Damnation.… READ MORE

From Layman to Layman:
“Pope” Sends Greetings to Anglican “Archbishop” of Canterbury

Like Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Anglican Justin Welby isn’t a Catholic either. The similarities don’t stop there, however: Neither Bergoglio nor Welby have ever been validly ordained to the priesthood, much less to the episcopacy. The occasion of this congratulatory message of “Pope Francis” to Archlayman Welby provides a welcome opportunity to review the evidence regarding this and remind people of the seriousness of the situation with the Novus Ordo Church and the Anglican Church:

Pope Leo XIII Declares All Anglican Ordinations Invalid

  • “Wherefore, strictly adhering, in this matter, to the decrees of the pontiffs, our predecessors, and confirming them most fully, and, as it were, renewing them by our authority, of our own initiative and certain knowledge, we pronounce and declare that ordinations carried out according to the Anglican rite have been, and are, absolutely null and utterly void.”

Continuity or Contradiction:
Should Catholics “Respect” False Religions?

by Michael O’Halloran

[Novus Ordo Watch Preliminary Note: Kudos to Michael O’Halloran! The article excerpted and linked below appeared in Christian Order magazine, February 2013 issue. With great competence and razor-sharp analysis, he completely deconstructs the false modernist theology of the bogus Second Vatican Council, showing that despite all sorts of talk about a “hermeneutic of continuity,” the truth is that the pre-conciliar teaching cannot be reconciled with the post-conciliar teaching, because the two simply contradict.… READ MORE

Pope St. Pius X on his deathbed (1914)

Imagine yourself on your deathbed. Your strength is failing you; you’ve had what was probably your last meal. You are in intense agony, as the bodily suffering you are undergoing is exceeded only by the anguish of your soul because you need to go to confession but are now entirely dependent on a priest coming to you. The priest has been called, but he hasn’t arrived yet. You are afraid because you know that your soul could be parting from your body at any moment.… READ MORE

The Modernists’ last-ditch defense tactic refuted…

“Who are YOU to judge who is a Heretic?”

The following is an excerpt from the 1886 book Liberalism is a Sin by Fr. Felix Sarda y Salvany. It was endorsed and praised by the Vatican’s Sacred Congregation of the Index under Pope Leo XIII. The book exposes the ideas and tactics of the Modernists, called Liberals at the time, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. In fact, one may say that this book completely destroys many fundamental ideas of the bogus Second Vatican Council (1962-65) and the new religion it engendered (which we call the Novus Ordo Religion).… READ MORE
