‘We see the Buddha and Jesus as Great Healers’

The seventh so-called Buddhist-Christian Colloquium just concluded in Bangkok, Thailand, on Nov. 16, 2023.

The conference had been organized by the Vatican’s Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue, “together with the Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Mahamakut Buddhist University, Chinese Buddhist Order of Sangha in Thailand, Wat Phra Chetuphon, the Sirivadhanabhakdi Foundation, and the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Thailand”, according to a final statement released the same day, which was published also by the ‘Holy See’ press office:

Annual message for Diwali…

Vatican hopes Hindu Idolatry will bring Light and Hope to World of Darkness and Despair

It’s that time of the year again when the Novus Ordo Sect congratulates Hindus on their celebration of “light”, known as Diwali or Deepavali, which this year is observed on Nov. 4.

This year’s message, sent by “Cardinal” Miguel Ángel Ayuso Guixot of the so-called Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, bears the ominous title: “Christians and Hindus: Together Bringing Light in People’s Lives in Times of Despair”. What hopeful light might this be? Let’s find out.

The Vatican’s endless text factory has just released another monster of a document: Jorge Bergoglio (a.k.a. “Pope Francis”) has released his third Encyclical Letter, after Lumen Fidei (2013) and Laudato Si’ (2015). It is entitled Fratelli Tutti (“Brothers All”).

In its English version, Fratelli Tutti has 42,994 words. It consists of eight chapters that include a total of 287 numbered paragraphs, and it has 288 footnotes.
