The symbolism is hard to miss…

Church of Darkness: Vatican turns off Lights for “Earth Hour”

“Vatican observes ‘Earth Hour'”, a blog post on Vatican News proudly proclaimed on March 27, 2021.

Earth Hour is a symbolic action to show solidarity with the planet. You know, the “cry of the earth” and stuff. The organizers of this annual event readily admit that turning lights off for an hour has no serious effect — it’s all about setting a good example: “Earth hour does not claim that the event is an energy or carbon reduction exercise – it is a symbolic action. Therefore, we do not engage in the measurement of energy or carbon reduction levels” (source).

It is indeed a symbolic action, especially for the Vatican. To turn off the lights illuminating St. Peter’s Basilica because some man-made organization wants to see non-essential lights turned off, really says a lot. It is a frightful testimony to what Club Francis thinks about the Roman Catholic Faith and its Founder, Our Blessed Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who is the Light of the world: “And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it” (Jn 1:5; cf. Jn 8:12). Oh, how symbolic it all is indeed!

So at 8:30 pm local time yesterday, the lights on the dome and facade of St. Peter’s Basilica and on the colonnade went off. The following brief clip shows the moment it happened:

If anything is non-essential in the Vatican these days, it’s the Novus Ordo religion that has been emanating from it since the time of John XXIII and his Second Vatican Council (1962-65).

The Unholy See of the Novus Ordo Modernists has been hiding the Gospel for decades, offering instead a counterfeit gospel of Freemasonry, Naturalism, Sillonism, Liberalism, and Protestantism.

More recently, the false Vatican II Church added another element into the mix: the eco-climate religion of Gaia, Pachamama, Mother Earth, or whatever you want to call the demon they have begun to worship.

St. Paul the Apostle warned us:

For many walk, of whom I have told you often (and now tell you weeping), that they are enemies of the cross of Christ; whose end is destruction; whose God is their belly; and whose glory is in their shame; who mind earthly things. But our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ.

(Philippians 3:18-20)

The Vatican may have physically turned off the lights for an hour yesterday, but we know that spiritually the lights went out in Rome a long time ago.

There is a different “hour” the earth should be worried about, and it’s this one: “Wherefore be you also ready, because at what hour you know not the Son of man will come” (Mt 24:44).
