Vatican’s Interfaith Chief: We are all “Pilgrims Searching for the Truth” – it’s good to know that the Vatican’s highest interreligious boss – below Francis himself – believes his own church is still looking for the truth, because that’s an admission it’s not the Roman Catholic Church, which herself is “the pillar and ground of the truth” (1 Timothy 3:15). Commenting on this passage, the Holy Office of Pope Pius IX asks rhetorically, “But how would the Church be the ground of truth, if she did not pursue the truth without danger?” Moreover, the True Church’s teaching authority reminds us that Christ “promised His Presence would never leave the magisterium, and the Holy Ghost would thoroughly instruct it about every truth” (Letter Ad Quosdam Puseistas, Nov. 8, 1865). Thank you, “Cardinal” Tauran, for once again reminding people that your church is not the Roman Catholic Church.

I stand corrected. The bishops of Tennessee DID mention the AL and GA prolife laws passed: opposing them. "Not prudent," "could be costly," "not the right time." MLK Jr. complained about this reasoning, pre-1965. https://t.co/fzdFSPRe9C via @tennessean
Where are the bishops of @usccbprolife in light of the stunning pro-life laws passed in AL and GA? If the same States just banned slavery or reduced carbon footprints, I suspect they'd storm social media. Pro-life laity seem to be the only ones celebrating. Am I off here?
