Discernment is calling: Jesuit Novus Ordo Priest calls for Legalization of Abortion in “Complex” Cases!
Long-time readers of this blog may recall that just over two years ago, in July of 2018, we reported on a Jesuit Novus Ordo priest in the Dominican Republic, “Fr.” Mario Serrano Marte (pictured above), who was publicly calling for the legalization of the slaughter of the unborn (commonly known as abortion).
It would be an exaggeration to say he got a slap on the wrist at the time — it was more like a caress. According to a report on the scandal by the national newspaper Diario Libre, the then-auxiliary “bishop” of the diocese in which Serrano was working, Jesús Castro Marte, stated that what the Jesuit had said in favor of abortion rights was merely his “personal position” and did not reflect the stance of the Society of Jesus.… READ MORE
