Sex ed in daycare centers part of diocese’s “inclusive educational concept”…

Assault on Innocence: Archdiocese of Cologne Promotes Sexualization of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers!

CAUTION! THE CONTENT OF THIS POST IS VERY DISTURBING!

The Modernist-occupied Archdiocese of Cologne, Germany, under the leadership of ‘Cardinal’ Rainer Maria Woelki (b. 1956), apparently subjects the children in its ‘Catholic’ daycare facilities to early sexualization. We are talking about children aged 0-6.

In recent weeks, at least two daycare centers that are run by the archdiocese — that of St. Martin and that of Ss. Cosmas and Damian — have been in the news thanks to watchful independent reporters. Both facilities had advertised scheduled talks by different speakers about ‘child abuse prevention’ that explicitly approved of and called for the ‘sexual’ education of children of daycare age — supposedly to protect the kids from sexual harm and abuse.

On Jan. 16, 2025, the Austrian online magazine Der Status was apparently the first to report on this unfolding scandal in Cologne:

The headline can be translated as: “Crazy: Church-Run Daycare Promotes Talk on Young Children ‘Playing Doctor'”. The German word Kita is short for Kindertagesstätte (daycare facility). Although technically not identical, the older word Kindergarten is sometimes used in its stead.

On Jan. 17, 2025, the German online magazine Corrigenda published a well-researched article by editor-in-chief Lukas Steinwandter:

The headline can be translated as: “‘Playing Doctor’ and ‘Sexual Education’: How Catholic Daycare Centers Get Involved in Early Child Sex Ed”.

We would like to encourage all readers to look through these two explosive articles using their browser’s auto-translate function or a free translation service such as DeepL or Google Translate. It is not pleasant reading but it seems that the least we can do for the victims of this perversion is not to refuse to read about it when it gets exposed.

We will now take a deep-dive into the available evidence supporting the allegations of the sexualization of infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in the archdiocese of Cologne.

Let us begin with the case of the St. Martin Family Center in Cologne, which provides day care among other services offered.

An informational flyer had been released which advertised a lecture for adults on the topic of Kindliche Sexualität und Doktorspiele, which can be translated as “Children’s Sexuality and Playing Doctor”. The talk, which was being offered free of charge, was scheduled for Jan. 27, 2025. An informational web site about the diocese’s day care centers had included the event on its calendar — the page has since been removed, but an archived version of it is still accessible here. (A related page, entitled “Kissing, Cuddling, Playing Doctor” [Küssen, Kuscheln, Doktorspiele] has also been removed, but we were not able to find an archived snapshot of it.)

The lecturer was to be Tamara Wasserkordt, who appears to be a diocesan employee. A paper posted here (see page 5) identifies her as being an “educator [of children]” (Erzieherin), a “prevention specialist” (Präventionsfachkraft), and “training instructor for the prevention of, and action against, sexual violence” (Schulungsreferentin für Prävention & Intervention vor sexualisierter Gewalt).

Notice that the flyer, shown below, bears the logos of two Novus Ordo (‘Catholic’) institutions or associations, signifying their sponsorship or involvement: the ‘Catholic Educational Center Cologne’ (Katholisches Bildungswerk Köln) and the ‘St. Martin Catholic Family Center of Cross-Cologne-North’ (Katholisches Familienzentrum ‘St. Martinus’ im Kreuz-Köln-Nord). Both of them are affiliated with the Archdiocese.

The following is a translation of the flyer’s main content. Prepare to be shocked:

The sexuality of children manifests itself in a variety of ways: Children discover their bodies and the differences between the sexes in a playful way. Sexual curiosity, touching and looking at each other, experimenting with one’s body to see how it works, and countless questions about love and sexuality are completely normal. In adults, this can cause embarrassment. Insecurity about appropriate answers, as well as cultural or institutional taboos, stand in the way of a relaxed approach to sexuality. What is the difference between children’s sexual curiosity and sexualized violence?

The goal is to raise awareness about children’s sexuality and to provide confidence in dealing with doctor games.

The Austrian online magazine Der Status remarks aptly: “It is a flyer that sounds like an invitation for pedophiles and pederasts” and adds that this is ironically taking place “in the populous archdiocese of Cologne, of all places, where a scandal erupted a few years ago when a Catholic daycare center terminated the care contract for alleged abuse victims.”

Der Status then refers to an article published six years ago in Der Spiegel, a well-known German news magazine comparable to TIME or Newsweek in the U.S. The following is a quote from that article (we saw the need to censor two biological terms):

Two five-year-olds – a girl and a boy – are said to have injured other children’s genitals. According to consistent reports, the incident involved children playing doctor, which got out of hand. The five-year-olds are said to have inserted sticks into the girls’ [CENSORED] and [CENSORED]. Parents noticed the injuries and alerted the daycare center.

(Armin Himmelrath, “Kölner Kita kündigt mutmaßlichen Missbrauchsopfern”, Der Spiegel, Feb. 20, 2019; translation via DeepL.)

That was in 2019. It looks like ‘sex games’ for children have been occurring in daycare centers affiliated with the Archdiocese of Cologne for a while! Words simply fail at such sickening evil!

On account of the public backlash regarding the planned Wasserkordt talk on Jan. 27, the diocese decided to cancel it for the time being. As we found out doing research for this post, however, the “time being” was not very long: The presentation ended up getting rescheduled for Feb. 5 at a different diocesan venue — this time at the Mariengarten Family Center — and for a fee of 5€ (roughly $5) per attendee. Details can still be found here, and they promintently indicate that the information to be gathered from the event pertains to children aged 1-6. Having no information to the contrary, we assume the lecture was held on Feb. 5 as scheduled.

What makes the matter worse is that, as Der Status found out, a presentation on the same topic by the same speaker had already been given in April of last year, with a promo flyer that advertised the same talk more or less verbatim. In other words, this seems to be an annually recurring thing. If we take into consideration also the horrific news story reported by Der Spiegel in 2019, a very frighteningly consistent picture emerges: Not only does the Archdiocese of Cologne talk about the ‘need’ to sexualize young children, they apparently also follow through with it in practice. ‘Applied pederasty’ is perhaps an appropriate word to describe this.

“And whosoever shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in me;
it were better for him that a millstone were hanged around his neck, and he were cast into the sea” (Mk 9:41).

Next, we turn to the second case, that of the Ss. Cosmas and Damian Daycare Center in Pulheim, also part of the archdiocese. On the same evening as the talk at St. Martin’s in Cologne, Jan. 27, 2025, a woman by the name of Kirsten Stamer was to give a talk about the same disgusting topic at Ss. Cosmas and Damian’s. Here too a promotional flyer had been published, and it looks like this:

Stamer, who is pictured in the flyer (together with a man named Peter Josef Meul), is identified as a certified special ed teacher (Dipl. Heilpädagogin). Here is the flyer’s main text in English:

Monday, Jan. 27, 2025 Evening event –
Playing doctor – sexual development from birth
We take a journey into the imagination and creativity of children, entering into their curiosity and urge to explore. We will learn what it means to get to know one’s own body in detail in a playful and safe way. Childhood sexuality is one of many developmental tasks, and, as with all challenges, children need our support here as well. An informative and interesting evening [filled] with tips and suggestions, where you will be able to ask questions you’ve always wanted to ask.

(translation via DeepL)

It is hard to believe but true: A ‘Catholic’ daycare center is inviting people to a lecture on “childhood sexuality” that promises to be “informative and interesting”, giving people the opportunity to ask what they’ve supposedly “always wanted to ask”!

In German there is a saying that applies here: One cannot eat as much as one wants to vomit!

For a critical assessment of this perverted ideology, the article by Corrigenda quotes Hedwig von Beverfoerde, a German pro-life and pro-family activist who had been asked to weigh in on this sex ed promo:

Hedwig von Beverfoerde, spokeswoman for the “Campaign for Marriage & Family – March for Everyone”, said in response to a Corrigenda request [for comment]:

“The underlying theses of ‘childhood sexuality’ can be traced directly to the abuser Helmut Kentler, who viewed the child as a ‘sexual being’ from birth and based his sex education on this theory, which is now widespread. Kentler claimed that for a fulfilled sex life, children must learn sexuality under the guidance of adults, just as they learn to walk and speak.”

Beverfoerde emphasizes that it has “since been proven that Kentler’s theses have no scientific basis whatsoever” and that they are aimed primarily at “the destruction of the child’s natural sense of shame.” They do not protect but rather encourage sexual abuse. “Parents and educators should stay far away from this pedagogical approach!”

(translation via DeepL)

Regarding the abuser mentioned by von Beverfoerde, Helmut Kentler (1928-2008), the following links provide enough nauseating information about the man whose criminal ‘Kentler Experiment’ deliberately placed teenaged foster children with known pederasts so they would be abused by them:

Words fail in the face of such ghastly things, such diabolical perversion!

Von Beverfoerde’s more-than-justified criticism did not sit well with Stamer, who gave the following rejoinder:

Sexualization in the media, especially the kind that children are exposed to (e.g. via TikTok, WhatsApp, Snapchat…), is irreversible. Dangers such as cybergrooming, i.e. the receiving of [lewd pictures] or free access to pornography, to name just a few, is a big issue for us adults, how to protect our children from this.

(Kirsten Stamer, quoted in Corrigenda article)

Anyone who thinks that the way to protect children from sexual abuse is by sexualizing them from birth, is obviously out of his mind.

Corrigenda did a little more research on Stamer and found her to be a long-time member or associate of Freio, an organization that on its web site publicly makes the following shocking claims about “childhood sexuality” (the following text is so repulsive that we have replaced some words with less candid expressions, indicated by putting brackets around them):

Even in their first year of life, babies explore their own bodies. Initially, the skin and ears are the most important organs. Babies discover their genitals and touch their [female genitals] or [male genitals].

During the first years of life, children do not consciously perceive their sexual actions as “sexual” in the adult sense; rather, the focus is on the need for security, tenderness and sensual closeness, the joy and pleasure in one’s own body. The child gets to know its erogenous zones [=areas sensitive to sexual stimulation –NOW] and learns to create pleasurable, sensual moments and satisfying relaxation through touching itself. They love to cuddle, stroke, and snuggle.

Thus sexual activities increase during the second year of life. Girls and boys enjoy being naked and find out that they can give themselves pleasant feelings by touching and rubbing their genitals. Some children as young as two to three years old experience a self-determined [high point].

As they grow older, children begin to involve others in their sexual activities. Many children between the ages of two and three examine and show each other their own genitals and are interested in those of other children. During this time, it is not uncommon for them to imitate in a childlike way the sexual intercourse they have observed, for example, in their parents. They experience themselves as girls and boys, have terms for the sexual organs, and discover their distinguishing features.

From the age of four, girls and boys become more interested in the differences between women and men, in procreation and birth. They ask curious questions and their thirst for knowledge is almost inexhaustible.

Most children between the ages of three and six play doctor – this decreases in primary school age.

(“Was ist sexueller Missbrauch?”, Freio; archived version; current version here.)

SUCH DISGUSTING LIES! This is SICK, it is CRIMINAL, and it is MORTALLY SINFUL!

Despite their stated lofty goal of helping the victims of sexual violence, the stark reality appears to be that Freio effectively endorses, promotes, and makes use of the pedophilia enabler Kentler’s perverted and abusive ideas about children being sexual from birth and needing to have their sexuality encouraged, taught, and unlocked, so to speak.

A clever trick the devil has pulled off there: the institutionally-mandated perversion of children under the guise of keeping them safe from sexual abuse and violence! This is child abuse, plain and simple!

We should make clear that in the above-quoted excerpt from the Freio page, we noticed that the sentence about that “high point” has since been deleted, but that’s obviously not because these people suddenly changed their ideology or adjusted their ‘science-based’ convictions, but because they are trying to engage in damage control. An archived version of the same page, dated Jan. 19, 2025, shows the disgusting sentence still present. It is clear, therefore, that it was removed in response to the exposé published by Corrigenda on Jan. 17 or perhaps by the public backlash that followed it.

By the way: Corrigenda contacted the Cologne archdiocese with a request for comment. Surprisingly, the diocese obliged — and in its reply effectively admitted that the sick sexualization of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers is part and parcel of the ‘education’ of all children in archdiocesan daycare centers in Cologne — and even beyond:

The Archdiocese of Cologne’s response was evasive. “Sexual education is a mandatory part of the educational mandate of day-care centers. This mandate is taken seriously in the Archdiocese of Cologne and is implemented responsibly”, a spokesperson told Corrigenda. In order for the diocese to receive an operating license for daycare centers, they have to present an “inclusive educational concept.” “Part of this concept is, among other things, the examination and anchoring of sex education modules as part of a daycare center’s educational mandate.” This means that all Catholic daycare centers in North Rhine-Westphalia teach such content.

(translation via DeepL)

Let’s say it very plainly: If one is required to pervert children in order to obtain an operating license for a daycare center, then one cannot run a daycare center. It’s that simple, because the end does not justify the means.

Pope Pius XI outlined Catholic doctrine on sexual education for youths in his 1929 encyclical on Christian education. Considering what the standards are for instructing adolescents, one can only imagine the fire and fury that would have come from the Pope had he heard about a sexual ‘education’ assault on infants, toddlers, and preschoolers:

Another very grave danger is that naturalism which nowadays invades the field of education in that most delicate matter of purity of morals. Far too common is the error of those who with dangerous assurance and under an ugly term propagate a so-called sex-education, falsely imagining they can forearm youths against the dangers of sensuality by means purely natural, such as a foolhardy initiation and precautionary instruction for all indiscriminately, even in public; and, worse still, by exposing them at an early age to the occasions, in order to accustom them, so it is argued, and as it were to harden them against such dangers.

Such persons grievously err in refusing to recognize the inborn weakness of human nature, and the law of which the Apostle speaks, fighting against the law of the mind [Rom 7:23]; and also in ignoring the experience of facts, from which it is clear that, particularly in young people, evil practices are the effect not so much of ignorance of intellect as of weakness of a will exposed to dangerous occasions, and unsupported by the means of grace.

In this extremely delicate matter, if, all things considered, some private instruction is found necessary and opportune, from those who hold from God the commission to teach and who have the grace of state, every precaution must be taken. Such precautions are well known in traditional Christian education, and are adequately described by [Cardinal Silvio] Antoniano … when he says:

Such is our misery and inclination to sin, that often in the very things considered to be remedies against sin, we find occasions for and inducements to sin itself. Hence it is of the highest importance that a good father, while discussing with his son a matter so delicate, should be well on his guard and not descend to details, nor refer to the various ways in which this infernal hydra destroys with its poison so large a portion of the world; otherwise it may happen that instead of extinguishing this fire, he unwittingly stirs or kindles it in the simple and tender heart of the child. Speaking generally, during the period of childhood it suffices to employ those remedies which produce the double effect of opening the door to the virtue of purity and closing the door upon vice.

(Pope Pius XI, Encyclical Divini Illius Magistri, nn. 65-67; underlining added.)

In its decree De “Educatione Sexuali” et de “Eugenica”, dated March 21, 1931, the Holy Office reiterated the Church’s condemnation of sex education, referred back to Pius XI’s encyclical Divini Illius Magistri, and explicitly warned against “dangerous reading, obscene shows, filthy conversation, and any occasions of sin” (Acta Apostolicae Sedis XXIII [1931], p. 119).

Pope Pius XII, too, spoke on this matter and gave the following important instructions:

Finally, with the discretion of a mother and a teacher, and thanks to the openhearted confidence with which you have been able to inspire your children, you will not fail to watch for and to discern the moment in which certain unspoken questions have occurred to their minds and are troubling their senses. It will then be your duty to your daughters, the father’s duty to your sons, carefully and delicately to unveil the truth as far as it appears necessary; to give a prudent, true and Christian answer to those questions, and set their minds at rest. If imparted by the lips of Christian parents at the proper time, in the proper measure, and with the proper precautions, the revelation of the mysterious and marvelous laws of life will be received by them with reverence and gratitude, and will enlighten their minds with far less danger than if they learned them haphazard, from some unpleasant shock, from secret conversations, through information received from over-sophisticated companions, or from clandestine reading, the more dangerous and pernicious as secrecy inflames the imagination and troubles the senses. Your words if they are wise and discreet, will prove a safeguard and a warning in the midst of the temptations and the corruption which surround them….

(Pope Pius XII, Address to Women of Catholic Action, Oct. 26, 1941)

There is a time and place for parents to gradually educate their children about these things in a way that prudently safeguards their modesty and purity. As Pope Pius XII said, the right moment must be discerned for each child so that he or she will be instructed “at the proper time, in the proper measure, and with the proper precautions.”

To assist in this important matter, in 1950 the Australian Fr. Leslie Rumble published a handy guide for parents on how to instruct their children in sexual matters without offending their tender ears or endangering their innocence while keeping it age-appropriate:

It should not need pointing out that children are not ‘sexual’; and they must be protected from anyone and anything trying to sexualize them. Their sexuality is naturally dormant; it will awaken in due time as they grow into adolescence.

Our Blessed Lord issued a stern warning when it came to the question of corrupting children:

But he that shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of scandals. For it must needs be that scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal cometh. See that you despise not one of these little ones: for I say to you, that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

(Matthew 18:6-7,10)

Did you hear that, ‘Cardinal’ Woelki?

It’s all happening under his watch: ‘Cardinal’ Rainer Woelki, the ‘Archbishop’ of Cologne

This was a very difficult post to write, as it concerns a subject matter that is so profoundly evil that one does not wish to dwell on it, much less research it. At the same time, it is precisely because the issue is so serious that it must be brought to light: “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them” (Eph 5:11).
