One wonders just what these people think they are accomplishing with such dimwitted choreography, aside from making utter buffoons of themselves.

Sure, for some immature youngsters or certain members of the baby boomer generation, it might provide a brief pseudo-spiritual high, but obviously it does absolutely nothing for genuine spiritual advancement. Quite the contrary! Not to mention the fact that it has no place in what purports to be Roman Catholic worship.

Liturgical dances were once an attention-grabbing novelty and outrageous scandal, but that was a long time ago. At this point, they’re a dime a dozen and elicit barely a yawn.
