Welcome to the Religion of Fraternity: Francis releases dangerous new “Pope Video”

Jorge Bergoglio’s soup kitchen religion is on full display in the latest so-called “Pope Video”, a professionally-produced short promotional clip in which the Argentinian apostate who plays “Pope Francis” announces to the world his prayer intentions for the month of January 2021.

Similar to the outrageous and blasphemous inaugural “Pope Video” of January 2016, in which Judaism, Islam, and Buddhism were placed on a par with Catholicism as “different ways” of “seeking or meeting” the same God (and, interestingly enough, the “offensive” Crucifix [cf. 1 Cor 1:23] was replaced by a politically-correct figure of the Christ Child), so now, five years later, Francis promotes his apostate Masonic notion of human fraternity as that which unites all men regardless of their religion:

The moving images of the video speak for themselves.

Titled “at the service of humanity”, the clip begins with an apparently Catholic woman praying the Holy Rosary. Also in view are a crucifix, a candle, and an icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Then the video cuts to a Muslim woman kneeling on her prayer rug, bending over to touch the ground with her forehead. The scene is followed by a Talmudic Jew dressed in kippa and prayer shawl, with a little menorah visible in the background. He is reciting invocations from a Hebrew prayer book while engaging in zivug (if you do not know what zivug is, you can find out at this link, but be warned: It is disgusting, and you won’t be able to “un-know” it.) The clip is being narrated throughout by the apostate Bergoglio, whose mug is shown at various points. In the second portion of the video, the three “believers”, as Francis falsely refers to them collectively, text each other a praying-hands emoji and meet up at a soup kitchen to distribute food to the hungry. That is the clip’s glorious finale.

As is usual for the Novus Ordo religion, especially under Francis, in this video the spiritual is being subordinated to the temporal, the supernatural to the natural, God to man. Religious differences are minimized and relativized. This becomes especially apparent when one considers Francis’ accompanying narration. Here is what he says in the video:

“When we pray to God following Jesus, we come together as brothers and sisters with those who pray according to other cultures, other traditions and other beliefs.

“We are brothers and sisters who pray.

“Fraternity leads us to open ourselves to the Father of all and to see in the other a brother or sister, to share our lives or to support, to love, and to know each other.

“The Church values God’s action in other religions, without forgetting that for us Christians, the wellspring of human dignity and fraternity, is in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

“We believers must return to our sources and concentrate on what is essential. What is essential to our faith is the adoration of God and love of neighbor.

“Let us pray that the Lord may give us the grace to live in full fellowship with our brothers and sisters of other religions and not fight each other, and praying for one another, open ourselves to all.”

This is just a truckload of garbage.

Notice how Bergoglio starts out by using an expression that is not common among Catholics or Novus Ordos: “When we pray to God following Jesus….” This is just weird. A Catholic would speak about praying to God (the Father) through Jesus or after the example of Jesus or in the manner Jesus taught (see Mt 6:5-13). But praying to God “following” Jesus? That’s simply not how a Catholic would say it. It’s not wrong, just unusual; and you can bet your bottom dollar that such a professionally-produced and scripted video does not use its lingo carelessly. It could be that the Jesuit apostate was desperately looking for a way to bring Our Lord’s name into the mix to give the whole thing a Christian veneer.

The oddness of the expression Francis decided to use is enhanced by what follows, namely, “…we come together as brothers and sisters with those who pray according to other cultures, other traditions and other beliefs.” That is definitely not how Catholics following Jesus pray — together as brothers and sisters with adherents of false religions. After all, “the true adorers shall adore the Father in spirit and in truth” (Jn 4:23); and “what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever?” (2 Cor 6:15). Besides, Our Blessed Lord said: “For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Mt 18:20). Muslims and Jews are obviously not gathered together in the Name of Christ — in fact, they explicitly repudiate His Name!

Francis is once again blasphemously hijacking Our Lord for his nefarious purposes. False religions are conveniently framed as “other cultures, other traditions and other beliefs.” The fake pope is working hard to recast religious differences as mere differences in custom, tradition, and views — incidental details, so to speak. That is the underlying message of his video, after all: There’s one god for all religions, and they all adore him, regardless of exactly what they believe about him or how they do it.

Bergoglio acts as though it were some great new discovery that all people are united by their common humanity, yet that is hardly a new idea. For example, in 1928 Pope Pius XI spoke of “that fraternal relationship which binds and unites us together, and which is a consequence of our common origin and nature” (Encyclical Mortalium Animos, n. 1). Of course all people are brothers and sisters, so to speak — it’s because the same God created all of us through the same ultimate set of natural parents, Adam and Eve.

No one knows this better than a Catholic, who understands that original sin is transmitted to all of us precisely through our first parents, who sinned in the Garden of Eden and lost the gratuitous gift of sanctifying grace not only for themselves but also for their descendants: “Wherefore as by one man sin entered into this world, and by sin death; and so death passed upon all men, in whom all have sinned” (Rom 5:12). By a singular privilege of Almighty God, the only member of this fallen race who was ever prevented from contracting original sin was the Blessed Virgin Mary, although not apart from the merits of Jesus Christ, her Divine Son and Savior (see Lk 1:28; 1:47; Pope Pius IX, Apostolic Constitution Ineffabilis Deus).

In his 1884 encyclical against Freemasonry, Pope Leo XIII had put the natural unity of the human race into proper perspective when he highlighted its supernatural disunity:

The race of man, after its miserable fall from God, the Creator and the Giver of heavenly gifts, “through the envy of the devil,” separated into two diverse and opposite parts, of which the one steadfastly contends for truth and virtue, the other of those things which are contrary to virtue and to truth. The one is the kingdom of God on earth, namely, the true Church of Jesus Christ; and those who desire from their heart to be united with it, so as to gain salvation, must of necessity serve God and His only-begotten Son with their whole mind and with an entire will. The other is the kingdom of Satan, in whose possession and control are all whosoever follow the fatal example of their leader and of our first parents, those who refuse to obey the divine and eternal law, and who have many aims of their own in contempt of God, and many aims also against God.

Francis, by contrast, would have us regard even non-Catholics as “believers” and part of the kingdom of God on earth because they believe something. The Catholic Church, however, prays for, not with, non-Catholics, specifically for their conversion so that they too might receive eternal salvation:

Be Thou King of all those who are still involved in the darkness of idolatry or of Islamism, and refuse not to draw them into the light and kingdom of God. Turn Thine eyes of mercy towards the children of the race, once Thy chosen people: of old they called down upon themselves the Blood of the Savior; may it now descend upon them a laver of redemption and of life.

What Francis is trying to do is use the natural fraternity of men and elevate it to a status it cannot have by itself, apart from Jesus Christ and His grace. As St. Maximus the Confessor noted, “the fraternity of blood touches the likeness only of the body; the fraternity of Christ, however, conveys unanimity of heart and spirit, as is written: One was the heart and one the spirit of the multitude of believers” (quoted in Pope Leo XIII, Encyclical Reputantibus, n. 5).

Francis is trying to bring about a union of minds and hearts not through the supernatural action of grace that cannot be had apart from belief in Christ and His Gospel, but through the purely natural means of de-emphasizing religious differences, by engaging in dialogue, affirming human dignity, proclaiming liberty of conscience, and encouraging charitable works to alleviate people’s temporal needs — going even so far as to declare that God Himself desires a diversity and pluralism of religions! This is Satanic!

The Modernist Jesuit blasphemes the true God and His Holy Catholic Church also when he asserts: “The Church values God’s action in other religions, without forgetting that for us Christians, the wellspring of human dignity and fraternity, is in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Notice how, although he insists on the absolute truth of fraternity and dignity, the false pope is quick to relativize its origin, saying that “for us Christians” it is the Gospel. Translation: As long as you share my dogma of dignity and fraternity, it doesn’t matter where you get it from — Christians find it in the Gospel, but you might find it elsewhere, and that’s OK too.

This jibes entirely with what he said to an interreligious audience of refugees seven years ago:

Sharing our experience in carrying that cross, to expel the illness within our hearts, which embitters our life: it is important that you do this in your meetings. Those that are Christian, with the Bible, and those that are Muslim, with the Quran. The faith that your parents instilled in you will always help you move on.

Francis’ religion is the worship of man, not God. God is just the advertising character used to promote this “gospel of man.” That’s why he doesn’t care if a Jew believes in the Shekinah, a Muslim in Allah, and a Catholic in the Trinity. It’s just not important to him because it all leads to the same apostate Masonic religion of human brotherhood.

Francis is “at the service of human fraternity.” The Catholic Church is at the service of God first and neighbor second.

“God’s action in other religions”, as Francis calls it, is that of giving grace to individual souls to allow them to see the errors of their ways and help them abandon their unhappy state. Even where, in an individual soul, the virtue of Faith is present despite the person’s unwitting adherence to a Protestant sect, “the infused virtue impels them to believe only what is actually true; it does not extend to doctrines which they themselves may sincerely believe but which are actually false (St. Thomas, Sum. theol., II-II, q. 1, a. 3)” (Rev. Francis J. Connell, Father Connell Answers Moral Questions [Washington, D.C.: The Catholic University of America Press, 1959], pp. 10-11; italics given).

“We believers”, Francis continues, “must return to our sources and concentrate on what is essential. What is essential to our faith is the adoration of God and love of neighbor.” Here again he grants the title of “believers” to those who manifestly do not have the Faith, as though it did not matter what one believes. He blasphemously declares that Catholicism, Judaism, and Islam all share the same essence, namely, adoration of God and love of neighbor. It does not matter, apparently, who or what is adored, whereas Our Lord said: “God is a spirit; and they that adore him, must adore him in spirit and in truth” (Jn 4:24). Moreover, Francis makes it seem as though love of neighbor is equal among all religions, whereas Christ said: “A new commandment I give unto you: That you love one another, as I have loved you, that you also love one another” (Jn 13:34).

It is painfully obvious that the false pope is preaching the heresy of Indifferentism, which Pope Gregory XVI called “an absurd and impious idea” (Encyclical Commissum Divinitus, n. 9). Closely tied to Indifferentism is the notion, likewise espoused by Francis, that different religions share certain “essentials” — which the Jesuit apostate identifies as adoration of God and mutual charity — whereas all the rest is deemed “non-essential” or “accidental”. Pope Pius XI rejected that in the following words:

Those, who are unhappily infected with these errors, hold that dogmatic truth is not absolute but relative, that is, it agrees with the varying necessities of time and place and with the varying tendencies of the mind, since it is not contained in immutable revelation, but is capable of being accommodated to human life. Besides this, in connection with things which must be believed, it is nowise licit to use that distinction which some have seen fit to introduce between those articles of faith which are fundamental and those which are not fundamental, as they say, as if the former are to be accepted by all, while the latter may be left to the free assent of the faithful: for the supernatural virtue of faith has a formal cause, namely the authority of God revealing, and this is patient of no such distinction.

The January 2021 “Pope Video” is a new low point for the Bergoglian sect. It can be summarized in one sentence: Who cares what religion you practice, it’s all the same soup kitchen anyway.

In 1892, Pope Leo XIII exhorted all Catholics to

avoid familiarity or friendship with anyone suspected of belonging to masonry or to affiliated groups. Know them by their fruits and avoid them. Every familiarity should be avoided, not only with those impious libertines who openly promote the character of the sect, but also with those who hide under the mask of universal tolerance, respect for all religions, and the craving to reconcile the maxims of the Gospel with those of the revolution. These men seek to reconcile Christ and Belial, the Church of God and the state without God.

That is exactly what Antipope Francis has been doing, and the damage to souls is incalculable. He may not have a formal membership in the Lodge, but he is a Freemason in terms of what he believes and teaches.

In his own post on this new “Pope Video”, Vaticanist Giuseppe Nardi recalls a statement Francis made on Apr. 24, 2016: “…we all have something in common, we are all human. And in this humanity let us come closer in order to work together. ‘But I am of this religion, of that one…’. It doesn’t matter!” (Remarks during Visit to ‘Earth Village’).

Just before ascending into Heaven, Our Blessed Lord said: “Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned” (Mk 16:15-16).

It does matter.
