In case you missed our initial announcement on March 29: Our popular TRADCAST podcast program is back with a new, full-length episode! As always, it is loaded with real traditional Catholicism, hard-hitting refutations of various errors, razor-sharp analysis, and a touch of humor.
In this latest epsiode, TRADCAST 017, we take a look at the self-contradictions in Christopher Ferrara’s response to the sacrilegious Anglican liturgy that took place on March 13 at the Vatican; we respond to an anti-sedevacantist post on the so-called Catholic Truth Blog; we draw attention to the fact that Francis has directly contradicted Jimmy Akin on the issue of proselytism; we briefly talk about our fundraiser for 2017; and we once again refute the absurd theology of the recognize-and-resist camp in a response to Michael Matt’s soliloquy against Sedevacantism in his Remnant Underground video “Papalotry RIP”.

I hope you are going to address Michael Matt’s latest Remnant post of the Vindication of Lefebrve.
One could say that it’s outstanding- (their post) if one didn’t know The Remnant’s modus operandi. I only met & spoke with the Archbishop a tiny bit & even I, an ignorant young mother at the time (& a convert at that,) knew Archbishop Lefebvre was on the verge of declaring sedevacantism-something about which he vascillated continually. If he’d lived longer than he did post-Consecrations, he’d have gone there for sure.
Why? What’s in it? (I haven’t read it, but I assume it’s the same old stuff we’ve been hearing from them for decades.) If they want to point to Abp. Lefebvre as the great man to be followed, they ought to — as shown in this new TRADCAST episode — reject the new ordination rites as invalid or at least doubtful (and therefore invalid in practice).
Its more of the same basically.
At one time following the truth was quite easy. If the Pope declared it from “the chair” if it was Scriptural Traditional and dogmatic say no more. A Catholic could bank on the catechism being very close to the truth. Now with the Vatican II cult in charge every word is suspect . It is best to say clear of the Devil and follow what was declared by the true church before the heretical council . One would get the same amount of grace watching the mindless Telly as following that heretical cult.
