ESCAPE FROM THE NOVUS ORDO:
I: Recognizing the Problem
A new radio show has been launched at Restoration Radio — it is called “Escape from the Novus Ordo” and features Fr. Michael Oswalt, a former Novus Ordo “priest” of the diocese of Rockford, Illinois, who converted to traditional Catholicism (sedevacantism). Realizing that the church he was a part of was not in fact the Catholic Church, that the training he had received was in contradiction to 2000 years of Catholic teaching, and that his “ordination” from his “bishop” was invalid, he exited the impostor church and entered a real Catholic seminary. He was ordained a true priest by Bp. Mark Pivarunas on June 29, 2011.
Born in 1972, no one is a better fit than Fr. Oswalt to help you see the errors of the Vatican II Church (aka Novus Ordo Sect) and advise you on how to exit this false establishment and become a real Catholic, that is, someone who is Catholic in the same way everyone was Catholic until the death of Pope Pius XII in 1958 (just before the Second Vatican Council).
Fr. Oswalt is the pastor of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a regular columnist for the traditional Catholic newspaper The Four Marks. He can be contacted here. In 2009, Fr. Oswalt wrote an open letter to his former diocese, explaining why he left the Novus Ordo religion. The letter is available in English and Spanish:
- “Rejecting the Impostor Church” (Letter to the Clergy of the Diocese of Rockford)
- “Rechazando a la Iglesia Impostora” (Carta a la clerecía de la Diócesis de Rockford)
Novus Ordo Watch is pleased to be the sponsor for Escape from the Novus Ordo throughout this year, which means you will be able to listen to all episodes of this program in 2015 free of charge, without having to have a subscription to Restoration Radio.

Show Description:
What is the Novus Ordo Sect? Have you finally awakened to the reality that it is not the Catholic Church? How do you now, armed with the knowledge of Roman Catholicism, escape the imposter religion? What is a “Cafeteria Catholic”? Are you praying the Rosary daily?
Escape from the Novus Ordo is a new show for Season 4 with Father Michael Oswalt, who was “ordained” in the Novus Ordo in 2009 and through the grace of God, left the Novus Ordo, re-entered the seminary and was ordained as a true priest in 2011.
The purpose of this show is to help give encouragement and guidance from a true Catholic priest in becoming a true Catholic in order to save your soul.
Episode 1, “Recognizing the Problem”, begins with seeking Catholic truth with good will and maintaining a prayer life. Realizing the “New Order,” the Novus Ordo Sect, is a complete and totally different religion from Roman Catholicism. The moral and doctrinal issues of the Novus Ordo contradict Catholicism and the witness of the Saints.
Would the Saints of the past recognize the Novus Ordo as Catholic? Are you a “Cafeteria Catholic” and you don’t even know it? Is Faith dictated by feelings? Is it enough to have “Latin Mass” without the Faith behind it? What about obedience to the Holy Father?
Join Father Oswalt and host Jason Guardiano as they discuss “Recognizing the Problem” as the first step to escaping from the Novus Ordo religion.
As Novus Ordo Watch is sponsoring the entire first season of Escape from the Novus Ordo, we are no longer sponsoring the ongoing Francis Watch broadcasts.
