Rainbow cross carried in procession…
Sodom and Gomorrah in St. Peter’s Basilica:
Leo’s Alphabet Pilgrims March Through Jubilee Holy Door
Thanks to ‘Pope Leo XIV’ (Robert Prevost), a contingent of sexual perverts proudly displaying their affinity to unnatural vice was allowed to enter St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City on Saturday, Sep. 6.
Although a relatively strict dress code is usually enforced for Rome’s most iconic papal basilica, that was clearly not the case this past Saturday when hordes of aberrosexuals were allowed in to what was once one of the holiest sites on earth for Roman Catholics.
People dressed in (ripped) shorts, men holding hands, folks wearing all kinds of rainbow attire, many wearing T-shirts or other clothing advertising various ‘queer’-affirming ministries and associations — it was all on display. One man was even seen carrying a bag that had the F-word on it, as part of the slogan: “F___ THE RULES”.
“Photos of homosexual activist couples entering St Peter’s hand in hand, others flaunting rainbow accessories, and still others wearing T-shirts bearing vulgar slogans have been seen around the world, planting another flag in the Vatican”, observed Riccardo Cascioli for Daily Compass.
Reports speak of a total of approximately 1300 or 1400 degenerate participants.
The following images from within St. Peter’s Basilica were provided by Remnant TV:
The next two photos, also from inside St. Peter’s in the Vatican, were published on the Facebook page of Progetto Gionata:
Notice that in the image just above, even a Novus Ordo nun is participating in the degenerate spectacle (just right of center).
The gentleman below was also on his way to St. Peter’s Basilica, no doubt wishing to gain that Jubilee indulgence:

The Remnant‘s Katie Matt, who was present to witness the disturbing display of attachment to vice, reports the details in a video here (if video won’t show below, click here to watch on Twitter):
I would like the Pope, @JamesMartinSJ and the rest of the synodal fathers and “mothers” to reflect on the scandal they’ve unleashed on the little ones who still bother to practice the Catholic Faith. Who Was Behind This, and Did Prevost Know?
This mockery of a pilgrimage was put together by the Italian homo association Tenda di Gionata (“Jonathan’s Tent”) and backed also by the so-called Global Network of Rainbow Catholics and hellboy ‘Fr.’ James Martin’s homophile Outreach ‘ministry’.
The whole thing can be considered a “semi-official” Vatican event because, although the Vatican did not sponsor it, it nevertheless gave its de facto approval by listing it in its official Jubilee calendar. Yes, that constitutes tacit consent; for it is clear that the Vatican would never have listed a ‘pilgrimage’ of white supremacists or anti-Semites in its calendar on the grounds that such inclusion didn’t mean approval.
In other words, the Vatican authorities saw no objection to this ‘pride parade’ of sorts, and even suspended enforcement of its dress code for St. Peter’s Basilica in order to facilitate the circus. That speaks volumes.
For those who want to argue that Leo XIV didn’t know this would happen, even if that were the case, it would not absolve him of responsibility, because (a) it is his job to know; (b) he would now have to forcefully condemn the abomination that took place, clearly restate Catholic teaching, render a public apology, and make reparation for the profanation of the sacred that occurred. (Of course St. Peter’s Basilica has been profaned for decades with the Novus Ordo worship service, but that is not our topic now.)
On Aug. 29, even the conservative Protestant web site Charisma had alerted its readers to the disgrace that was about to take place: “The Vatican is preparing to host a series of events for the LGBTQ community in Rome next week, including a Mass, prayer vigils and a procession to St. Peter’s Basilica”, one James Lasher wrote (see “Vatican Includes LGBTQ Pilgrimage and Rainbow Crucifix in 2025 Jubilee Celebrations”).
But Wait, There’s More!
Before the procession to St. Peter’s on Sep. 6, the aberrosexuals had defiled Rome’s gorgeous Church of the Gesù, where ‘Bishop’ Francesco Savino, appointed ten years ago by ‘Pope’ Francis, presided over a special Jubilee ‘Mass’ for sodomites:
- “Italian bishop celebrates Mass for LGBT pilgrimage in Rome’s Church of the Gesù” (Catholic News Agency)
- Full Text of Homily by ‘Bishop’ Savino (Tenda di Gionata)
Hellboy, too, reported on the event ecstatically (direct link to tweet here):
Incredible. Bishop Francesco Savino, vice president of the Italian Bishops Conference, to a packed Jubilee Mass for LGBTQ Catholics, and their families and friends, at the Church of the Gesù in Rome, which stopped his homily with a minute of applause: “It was the year when land… pic.twitter.com/y6xWFgUkIJ
— James Martin, SJ (@JamesMartinSJ) September 6, 2025
(Savino’s support of the sodomite agenda is not new. Last year, he wrote the foreword to the book Way of the Cross of a Gay Boy, and the Vatican’s in-house newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano, saw fit to publish Savino’s text in its pages. You can’t make this stuff up!)
Furthermore, as part of the unholy sex ‘pilgrimage’, Outreach had invited supporters to a ‘Mass’ (Novus Ordo worship service) on Sep. 4 at the Oratory of St. Francis Xavier in Rome, offered by Jesuit Sam Sawyer. Hellboy posted a clip.
A day later, Outreach hosted a “dialogue exploring the lived experiences of LGBTQ Catholics, featuring voices from around the world”. The event, entitled “Listening to the Experiences of LGBTQ Catholics”, was advertised with the following flyer:

The conference took place as planned.

Some Reactions (and Lack Thereof)
In a forceful reaction to the frightful scenes at the Vatican, the Novus Ordo auxiliary bishop Athanasius Schneider of Kazakhstan pointed out:
The declared aim of the LGBTQ+ organizations that assembled adherents and activists for this Jubilee pilgrimage was that the Church recognize and legitimize so-called gay rights, including homosexual acts and other forms of extramarital sexual conduct.
There were no signs of repentance and renunciation of objectively grave homosexual sins and homosexual lifestyle on the part of the organizers and participants in this pilgrimage. To pass through the Holy Door and participate in the Jubilee without repentance, while promoting an ideology that openly rejects God’s Sixth Commandment, constitutes a kind of desecration of the Holy Door and a mockery of God and the gift of an indulgence.
(Most Rev. Athanasius Schneider, in Diane Montagna, “‘Spiritual Criminals and Murderers of Souls’: Bishop Athanasius Schneider responds to Vatican-sanctioned ‘LGBTQ+’ Jubilee Pilgrimage”, Diane Montagna’s Substack, Sep. 10, 2025)
The Vatican journalist Diane Montagna, who conducted the interview with Schneider from which we quoted above, reported on Twitter/X:
Last Wednesday, I asked Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni what the Vatican’s policy for the “Tenda di Gionata LGBTQ+ pilgrimage” would be “regarding carrying rainbow/LGBTQ+ flags, banners, T-shirts and other means of messaging”—noting that the story could potentially “dominate the news cycle rather than the canonizations.” He said he would check into it, but in the end, he didn’t reply, despite several follow ups.
Last Friday morning, I called the Vatican’s Dicastery for Evangelization (which organizes the Jubilee) with the same question. The person who responded said: “Yes, there shouldn’t be any problem with this,” but wanted to confirm it with his superior. He returned to our call, saying that no flags, banners, etc. would be allowed. “Only the official Jubilee Cross” would be permitted both on the via della Conciliazione and going through the Holy Door, also for security reasons, he said.
On Saturday, I went to the event and asked the “Tenda di Gionata” organizer if flags, banners, crosses etc. were allowed. He said no. An official from the Dicastery for Evangelization was present in Piazza Pia, where the pilgrimages begin. He didn’t seem to take kindly to me asking why the rainbow cross was being carried.
In the end, one man carried the rainbow cross (even into the Basilica), several held “Tenda di Gionata” banners (not large but clearly visible) given to them by the organizers, a Belgian priest wore an “intersex-inclusive” pride flag draped down his back as a long cape, & another man had a large rainbow flag on hand to the delight of eager photographers.
I asked several of the Jubilee volunteers overseeing the event along the via della Conciliazione if there was a rule about crosses, flags, banners, etc. for the event. They all told me the same thing: that they didn’t know & weren’t told anything in this regard.
So there may have been rules, but in the end they weren’t enforced.
In light of the disturbing photos that surfaced yesterday from inside St. Peter’s Basilica via @remnantnews, I wrote to Matteo Bruni asking if the Vatican will be issuing an acknowledgment that this should not have been permitted and apologizing for the scandal it has caused.

The conservative Novus Ordo writer Phil Lawler knows what (not) to expect from the Vatican: “…Catholics should not expect a statement from the Vatican condemning the outrageous and disrespectful behavior of LGBTQ activists parading through St. Peter’s basilica in their (again, highly publicized) Jubilee pilgrimage this weekend” (“See No Evil”, Phil Lawler’s Substack, Sep. 8, 2025).
Bill Donohue, a man who rakes in a personal salary of over $650,000 a year (as of 2023) being president of the so-called Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, gaslit his audience by announcing: “Pope ‘Disappoints’ LGBTQ Catholics”. Disappoints? Well, yes; you see, Leo did not personally welcome the perverted sex ‘pilgrims’, and so some of them expressed their disappointment. That, of course, is one way to report on the matter.
On the other hand, Michael J. O’Loughlin, executive director of Outreach reports that Leo did give a shout-out to the group in connection with his Wednesday audience on Sep. 3: “We were welcomed by name”, O’Loughlin says of the ‘Pope’ in this clip. Again, this is in reference to the general audience of Sep. 3, not the special Jubilee audience of Sep. 6.
By the way…
On Aug. 31, it was reported that on Aug. 28 Leo XIV had met with aberrosexual activist Sr. Lucía Caram. Interestingly enough, the Holy See’s press office failed to mention the private audience in its list of ‘papal’ activities for the day — surely a mere clerical oversight, no doubt. Unfortunately for the press office, Vatican Media had released photos of the meeting. (Some of Caram’s most outrageous statements can be found here.)
On Sep. 1, ‘Pope’ Leo gave a 30-minute private audience to none other than Hellboy himself, ‘Fr.’ James Martin, the notorious American Jesuit who seeks to normalize all kinds of sexual perversion along with the people who practice them. (Here is a laundry list of many of Martin’s improprieties.) How interesting that Prevost found time to meet with this Jesuit spokesman for sexual degeneracy a mere five days before the scheduled ‘pilgrimage’ was going to make the news.
And, what do you know, on the very day (Sep. 6) the aberrosexuals marched on the Vatican to gain that Jubilee indulgence, Leo XIV “named a female ‘artist’ who published homoerotic and sadoma𝑠ochi𝑠tic photographs as the new president of the Pontifical Academy for Fine Arts”, Andreas Wailzer reports for Life Site (you can find the Vatican’s official announcement of her appointment by Leo here). Her name is Cristiana Perrella. It’ll probably be good to remember her name in case she gets named a ‘cardinal’ soon.
Reality Dispels Illusions
A number of traditionalists in the Vatican II Church were elated when they heard about a month ago that the Society of St. Pius X had been allowed to make a pilgrimage to St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican on account of the ongoing Jubilee year. On YouTube, a young Lefebvrist who goes by the moniker ‘The Traditional Thomist’ (Nicholas Cavazos), expressed his excitement.
In our podcast episode of Sep. 3, however, we put a damper on any such euphoria:
Some people had gotten really excited when they saw that the SSPX pilgrimage was being announced on the official Vatican Jubilee calendar — which, by the way, has since been removed —, but they should keep in mind that other groups have also received that distinction, such as the Tenda di Gionata association, which is an LGBTQXYZ advocacy group whose own ‘pilgrimage’ to the Vatican will take place this Saturday, Sep. 6.
(TRADCAST EXPRESS 214, Sep. 3, 2025)
And so it happened.
As Chris Jackson had warned shortly before the SSPX pilgrimage to Rome in August, “This is not a victory for Tradition, but an invitation to join the circus.” He was right.
Some are now making a big deal about the fact that the conservative Novus Ordo ‘cardinal’ Raymond Burke will be allowed to offer the Traditional Latin Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica next month as part of the Summorum Pontificum pilgrimage, something that had been denied him last year. Rorate Caeli hails it as an “important sign”. But is it?
Interestingly enough, the Summorum Pontificum pilgrimage dates (Oct. 24-26) coincide with what the official Vatican Jubilee calendar lists as the “Jubilee of synodal teams and participatory bodies”. That event will include representatives of the heretical German group Wir sind Kirche (‘We are Church’). It is the very first time that these dissidents (even by Novus Ordo standards) have been officially invited to the Vatican. And not only that — they are scheduled to have an audience with Leo XIV to boot.
Whoever sees “important signs” or even “victories” in favor of Tradition here is deluding himself.
The Vatican II Sect is simply expanding the zoo.
