German Synodal Way Ends with Grotesque Performance in Frankfurt Cathedral
The fifth and (hopefully) final assembly of the notorious “Synodal Way” (Synodaler Weg) of the German branch of the Vatican II Church is currently underway in Frankfurt. It began yesterday and will finish tomorrow, Mar. 11, 2023.
The news coming out of today’s meeting is not surprising: “Participants in the synodal way’s final assembly overwhelmingly endorsed a document Friday urging German bishops to permit same-sex blessings officially in their dioceses”, The Pillar reports. Just imagine!
The German Synodal Way is the most radical representation of the Bergoglian ideology, as they lobby for progressivist “reforms” of the most egregious and disgusting nature. By being even farther to the theological left than ‘Pope’ Francis (Jorge Bergoglio), the German Synodal Path allows the “Holy Father” to appear as a centrist, who opposes not just the right but also the left. Although Francis himself is a progressivist revolutionary, by having an even more extreme left wing to oppose, he gets to look like a moderate by comparison. (That is also what earned Joseph Ratzinger — “Pope” Benedict XVI — the label of a conservative. He was nothing of the sort, he simply didn’t want to go as far as many of his colleagues.)
Back in early 2020, a total of 130 Novus Ordo and semi-trad personalities staged a public protest against the Synodal Way in Munich near “Cardinal” Reinhard Marx‘s office, though with predictable results. At the time, Marx was the chief honcho of the Novus Ordo bishops in Germany. Today, it is “Bp.” Georg Bätzing of Limburg, who is an enthusiastic supporter of Modernist “reforms”.
The Synodal Way took its inspiration from Francis’ focus on synods and synodality, from the Greek word synodos, “together on the way”. The idea of “walking together” has been one of the main themes of Bergoglio’s false pontificate. What is always kept out of the equation, however, is that all the “walking together” is of no use if the destination is hell. It is better to go to heaven alone than to hell together (cf. Mk 9:42). But then, none of these people believe in the existence of hell, least of all Francis.
The infernal Synodal Way officially began on Dec. 1, 2019. Its roots lie in a shocking study published in 2018 concerning clerical sexual abuse in Germany, in response to which the Synodal Way was called to start a dialogue with the people and propose ecclesiastical “reforms”. It is thus under the pretext of dealing with and preventing clerical sex abuse that the introduction of all kinds of theological and philosophical aberrations is being facilitated — including, of course, the acceptance of homosexuality, transgenderism, adultery, women priests, etc.
On Mar. 9, 2023, the first day of the fifth synodal assembly, an “artistic performance” was carried out in historic St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral of Frankfurt. The presentation bore the name “Responsib:I” (verantwort:ich — a play on the word verantwortlich, literally, “responsible”) and was meant as an expressive depiction of the horrors of sexual abuse in the church.
Since they obviously couldn’t have chosen a secular or at least non-sacred location for this, they had to defile what was once the holiest space in the entire city, the sanctuary of the Catholic cathedral, which under Novus Ordo control has long been demoted to the status of mere “worship space” for the “Eucharistic celebration”.

As Catholic Conclave points out, reparation for the grave sins of sexual abuse is not made by desecrating a church with some creative performance — try making reparation before the Blessed Sacrament instead, through prayer, fasting, almsgiving, and practicing the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
The German Synodal Way thus finishes the way it began: by taking advantage of the great scandals and crimes committed by (mostly) Modernist clergy. The solution it seeks? More Modernism, of course, an even greater distancing from all things authentically Roman Catholic!
By the way: How much in opposition ‘Pope’ Francis actually is to the Synodal Path is unclear, for Bergoglio is a master of deception, where the left side of the mouth doesn’t know what the right side is saying. He likes to send mixed signals, for instance, by having his dicasterial staff communicate one thing, while personally communicating another — sometimes directly, sometimes indirectly.
A recent example would be the issue of same-sex blessings. While the Vatican officially condemned them in 2021, Francis himself subsequently made comments that seemed to suggest that he did not agree, thus keeping the backdoor open for the homosexualists. Later on, Francis appeared to condemn homosexuality in a public interview, before rushing to clarify that he had been misunderstood.
The late Omar Bello wrote about this disgraceful Bergoglian tactic of being two-faced back in 2013:
At the end of the day, however, actions speak louder than words, and we know that by his actions and especially his inactions, Francis is 100% in the camp of the perversion-promoters, it’s just not clear how far he wants to go before God calls him to judgment.
