All religions are the same to him anyway…

Indifferentism for Kids: Francis endorses interreligious “Park of Encounter” in Argentina

On Oct. 20, 2021, the city of Santiago del Estero in Argentina inaugurated what amounts to an interreligious park. Called Parque del Encuentro (“Park of Encounter”), it features buildings representative of each of the five most common religions there: Buddhism, Judaism, the Vatican II religion (under the false label “Catholicism”), Islam, and Protestantism. The site is part of Aguirre Park and is aimed especially at children.

The image above shows what the finished product looks like. The setup virtually screams “Indifferentism”, the belief that one religion is as good as another, that all religions are more or less equal, that it does not matter what one believes.

An aerial overview of the blasphemous site is given in this 1-minute clip:

The monstrous position of Indifferentism is totally incompatible with the true Roman Catholic Faith of the ages. Pope Gregory XVI formally condemned it in 1832:

Now We consider another abundant source of the evils with which the Church is afflicted at present: indifferentism. This perverse opinion is spread on all sides by the fraud of the wicked who claim that it is possible to obtain the eternal salvation of the soul by the profession of any kind of religion, as long as morality is maintained. Surely, in so clear a matter, you will drive this deadly error far from the people committed to your care. With the admonition of the apostle that “there is one God, one faith, one baptism” [Eph 4:5] may those fear who contrive the notion that the safe harbor of salvation is open to persons of any religion whatever.

(Pope Gregory XVI, Encyclical Mirari Vos, n. 13)

The 19th-century Fr. Michael Müller expressed the matter pithily when he wrote: “It is impious to say, ‘I respect every religion.’ This is as much as to say: I respect the devil as much as God, vice as much as virtue, falsehood as much as truth, dishonesty as much as honesty, Hell as much as Heaven” (The Church and Her Enemies, p. 287).

Underlying the Indifferentist position is the idea that religion is a matter of opinion, one of the core beliefs also of Modernists. However, the religion revealed by Jesus Christ does not admit of indifference or Indifferentism: “He that is not with me, is against me: and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth” (Mt 12:30); “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father, but by me” (Jn 14:6); “Neither is there salvation in any other. For there is no other name under heaven given to men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12)”; “Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?” (2 Cor 6:14-16).

The fact that a city would set up a park that pays to tribute to a number of the world’s “great” religions, putting them all of the same level, as if they were all equally true or equally false, is a frightful testimony to the apostasy of our age: “For there shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine; but, according to their own desires, they will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears: and will indeed turn away their hearing from the truth, but will be turned unto fables” (2 Tim 4:3-4).

In his condemnation of Freemasonry, Pope Leo XIII echoed Pope Gregory in saying that “the great error of this age [is] that a regard for religion should be held as an indifferent matter, and that all religions are alike.” He went on to explain: “This manner of reasoning is calculated to bring about the ruin of all forms of religion, and especially of the Catholic religion, which, as it is the only one that is true, cannot, without great injustice, be regarded as merely equal to other religions” (Pope Leo XIII, Encyclical Humanum Genus, n. 16). Therefore, it is clear that a site of encounter at which all religions are presented as equals, is an appallingly bad idea.

What makes the matter infinitely worse, however, is that Argentina’s most well-known apostate has gotten wind of this interfaith spectacle and has, naturally, given his enthusiastic endorsement. We are talking about Jorge Bergoglio, also known as “Pope” Francis, whom the world believes to be the head of the Catholic Church and Vicar of Christ. Bergoglio’s endorsement thus gives the park the appearance of God’s approval, and that does incalculable damage to souls.

According to reports:

Pope Francis sent a message for the inauguration of the Encounter Park in Santiago del Estero, the only interreligious kind in the world, in which he expressed his joy for this accomplishment in times of so many disagreements among Argentines.

“The news of this undertaking made me happy. That in the midst of so many disagreements, a community has the courage to do something like this supposes courage, bravery and, above all, the desire to walk together,” the pontiff stressed.

“In the midst of this ‘Third World War in bits and pieces and in stages’ that humanity is experiencing, small steps towards encountering one another create peace and harmony,” he added.

The only thing surprising about this is that Francis didn’t think to contribute one of his iconic video messages for the opening of the park, which took place on Oct. 20 with an inauguration ceremony that included representatives of the various religions. Of course the Novus Ordo bishop of the local diocese, Mr. Vicente Bokalic, was part of the fun. As many as 32 photos of the site and the launch festivities can be seen on Facebook here.

The following is a video clip excerpted from the launch party:

The English-speaking semi-trad web site Tradition in Action also has some coverage of the unholy spectacle:

Indifferentism is one of the ideas that clearly distinguishes the Novus Ordo religion (Vatican II religion) from the Roman Catholic religion. The true Catholic religion abhors and condemns Indifferentism in all its forms; the Vatican II religion, on the other hand, while it “officially” claims to reject Indifferentism, nevertheless encourages and fosters it at every opportunity, especially through ecumenism and interreligious dialogue. In the Vatican II Church, Indifferentism is administered covertly, making it harder to detect and thus causing even greater harm to unsuspecting souls than if the heresy were preached openly.

After more than five decades of this Counterfeit Catholicism, people have been removed so far from God’s truth that they do not even notice the Great Apostasy that is being promoted now ever more openly and boldly.

The interfaith abomination at the Parque del Encuentro jibes perfectly wity Francis’ stated beliefs that religious differences “are necessary” and that God in fact wills there to be many different religions as an expression of His wisdom. For him, the different religions are fundamentally all equally valid ways to God. Two months ago he said at an interreligious conference: “If in the past, our differences set us at odds, nowadays we see in them the richness of different ways of coming to God and of educating young people for peaceful coexistence in mutual respect” (Antipope Francis, Address to Participants in the Meeting “Religions and Education: Towards a Global Compact on Education”, Vatican.va, Oct. 5, 2021). What blasphemy!

Meanwhile, the “Abrahamic Family House” currently being built in Abu Dhabi, which also enjoys the enthusiastic support of “Pope” Francis, is on schedule for opening in 2022. Here is a promotional video of the interreligious complex, which will host a church, a synagogue, and a mosque:

Mankind is getting ready to embrace the Antichrist. The apostate Jews will probably need to rebuild their temple still before he appears, but hey, the oil for the anointing of their false messiah (cf. Jn 5:43) is already in preparation.

“For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. Behold I have told it to you, beforehand” (Mt 24:24-25).
