A Fun Church update…
Nothing Sacred: Idiotic Buffoonery at Novus Ordo Parish in Nebraska
As stated in big letters on their home page, Sacred Heart Church in Omaha, Nebraska, is a “vibrant” and “diverse” Novus Ordo community. Being part of the Vatican II Sect (Archdiocese of Omaha), it is naturally a church of joy. How that works out in practice could be seen at a “Mass” four months ago.
In the Novus Ordo liturgy, on Sundays the reception of “Holy Communion” is typically followed by parish announcements (such an appropriate time!). On June 21 at Sacred Heart in Omaha, those announcements came with a pool noodle fight and all kinds of other buffooneries only people completely ignorant of, or hostile to, Catholicism would dare to engage in.
Take a look:
The full video of the entire “Mass” is available at the church’s YouTube channel, from which this 6-minute clip is taken.
The pastor at Sacred Heart is “Father” Dave Korth. He’s been at his “inclusive healing” parish for barely more than a year, and when he began his assignment, he was welcomed with a Native American “sacred drum” ceremony. Three cheers for diversity!
Nonetheless, we do have some good news for Novus Ordos who mean to be Catholics in Omaha: Your city happens to be the headquarters of the sedevacantist Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen (CMRI); so if you’re sick and tired of the Vatican II religion and its anti-Catholic garbage, head on over to Mary Immaculate Church at 7745 Military Ave.
And tell them the pool noodles sent you.
