This from a man who has subtitled his blog “So that no thought of mine, no matter how stupid, should ever go unpublished again!” (see page title). Now there’s a Catholic approach to publishing! For those actually interested in the theological issues regarding the Old Covenant and present-day Judaism, please see our post here… Of course, it’s much easier to just accuse everyone who adheres to the timeless Catholic teaching as being a “hater”… That scores lots of brownie points with the target audience. And when you make a living writing, blogging, and speaking, that matters. But we’ll take 2,000 years of Catholic teaching over Shea’s own interpretation of Scripture…

There is a lot of confusion today, and this confusion originates ultimately in the Novus Ordo Church, the false new Modernist Vatican II Religion. Let’s not confuse cause and effect here! But why is this blogger concerned about people losing the Faith? Francis doesn’t seem to mind — he has known Marxists who were “good people”; he believes atheists can be saved; he trusts that Muslim observance of Ramadan results in “abundant spiritual fruit”; and of course the Jews have their own valid covenant anyway. Sorry, but the Vatican II Church is just beyond parody at this point. We laugh to keep from weeping.
