After what seems like an eternity of anticipation by the adherents of the global warming / climate change religion, Mr. Jorge Bergoglio of the Modernist Pseudo-Catholic Vatican II Sect (aka “Pope Francis”) has finally released his second encyclical letter, entitled Laudato Sii (Italian for “Be Praised”), bearing the subtitle “On Care for our Common Home”. Due to its length and comprehensiveness, we have dubbed it his Summa Ecologica.

Due to the leaking of what purported to be the full text of the encyclical in the original Italian a few days ahead of time (but which the Vatican press office claimed was only a draft, but which we now know has only two microdifferencescompared to the released final version), some initial feedback had already been given. Here are some highlights of the pre-release reaction:

So, relax: The Vatican does still believe in converting people — except now it’s ecological conversion! Last month, Francis preached a sermon to set the stage for the release of his encyclical. “God will judge us on how we care for the environment, says Pope”, was the title of a report printed by the Catholic Herald. Other news outlets’ headlines were: “God will judge people on care for the poor, for the planet, pope says” (Catholic News Service) and “Pope: God will judge you on whether you cared for Earth” (Associated Press via Yahoo). This from the man who assured his followers that the Last Judgment will be a party, and the only ones who have to fear hell are the members of the Mafia, while at the same time spreading the idea that hell is not eternal punishment but the annihilation of souls. You can’t make this stuff up.

With Laudato Si’, the next chapter in Francis’ Gospel of Man has been opened. Clearly, it is Chapter 11, because the false Novus Ordo humanitarian gospel is bankrupt: morally, theologically, spiritually, and doctrinally bankrupt.

We hark back to the wise words of Pope St. Pius X, who denounced the Sillonist movement in France, which was an ideological forerunner of Vatican II and the Novus Ordo Church:

The institution that is widely but falsely believed to be the Catholic Church — the Masonic Novus Ordo Sect that has been occupying the Vatican since 1958 — has become a laughing stock to the world. At this point we may as well expect encyclicals or sermons on jaywalking while Michelangelo’s Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel is replaced by a giant recycling symbol. Entirely gone is the idea that the purpose of Christ’s coming and the mission of the Catholic Church are the salvation of souls from sin and eternal condemnation — the only time these concepts are still used is to further some humanitarian cause, as Francis did in his homily for Caritas, and as we have pointed out in our scathing critique of Francis’ Gospel of Man.

Natural calamities, we would all do well to recall, are not the result of failing to recycle, enjoying too much air conditioning, or using the wrong light bulbs — they are the result of and the penalty for the heinous sins of mankind (cf. Gen 3:16-19; Num 16:30-35; 2 Para 7:13-14; Rom 6:23, 8:19-23). Remember the Rogation Days? Christ our Lord warned us that “there shall be pestilences, and famines, and earthquakes in places” and that these would mark “the beginnings of sorrows” (Mt 24:7-8). He added, “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall seduce many” (v. 11).

Funny how we never hear about that anymore.

People, make no mistake about it: Acknowledging this wicked apostate as the Vicar of Jesus Christ is not merely false, wrongheaded, absurd, and unjust, it is also extremely dangerous. Proclaim from the housetops that this man is not the Pope of the Catholic Church!
