- “Deacon” James Garcia of Washington, D.C., master of ceremonies to “Cardinal” Donald Wuerl, has written a letter to Wuerl telling him he will no longer assist him at any worship services
- Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro has said that “more than 15 state attorneys general and a senior Justice Department official” have gotten in touch with him about his investigation into sex abuse cover-up by the Vatican II Church
- Peter Smith at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports on the ‘Catholic superstorm [that] staggers a weakened church’
- The Archdiocese of Boston, Massachusetts, releases a statement in which it says that “Cardinal” Sean O’Malley “will now personally review all letters that come to his office related to the commission or are abuse related”
