Caution, another “joy” document…

Antipope Francis

“Apostolic Constitution” Veritatis Gaudium
on Ecclesiastical Universities and Faculties

December 27, 2017

The Vatican has released yet another monster of a document: Veritatis Gaudium (“The Joy of Truth”). In its English version, the thing has 22,862 words in 56 pages. It contains four major sections that include a total of 70 articles, features two appendices, and has 113 footnotes.

Not surprisingly, this supposed “Apostolic Constitution” once again features a Latin word meaning “joy” in its title. This time, it’s gaudium again, a Novus Ordo favorite (think Gaudium et Spes and Evangelii Gaudium, for example, and John XXIII’s address that opened Vatican II, Gaudet Mater Ecclesia). The last major document was entitled Amoris Laetitia (“The Joy of Love”), and everyone is still reeling from the joy of that.

The Vatican has made the text of Veritatis Gaudium available in sundry languages, of which we make the following available via links:

The document is officially dated Dec. 27, 2017, but it was not actually published by the Vatican until Jan. 29, 2018. Vatican News has released video of its press conference presenting the document, currently available only in Italian:

The following is a list of links with coverage, summaries, and commentary on Veritatis Gaudium by various Novus Ordo news sites:

We have run the text of Veritatis Gaudium through a word cloud generator, which counts how many times each word appears in a document. The more frequent the appearance, the larger the resulting word. The word cloud for Veritatis Gaudium looks like this:

Episode 045 of our mini podcast show TRADCAST EXPRESS also talks about Veritatis Gaudium. We have embedded the 9-minute audio here:

I noticed the words Catholic, Christian, Jesus, God, Christ, Holiness, Truth were missing from your word cloud generator. Often the absence of something is the real issue,i.e., the dog that didn’t bark and all that.

More modernist propaganda from the apostate Novus Ordo ‘Pope’.

Our Lady of Sorrows pray for us, Our Lady Destroyer of Heresies pray for us.

What? Another revolution? Didn’t Mao call for a cultural revolution when he needed to purge some of the old hard liners? Anybody want to guess what happened to those who embraced the cultural revolution in China? They were the next ones on tap for “purging.” Welcome to the new Reign of Terror. At some point all revolutions turn on themselves when there are no more scapegoats to blame the failures on.

“Cultural revolution?” Francis talks like a Communist, but I don’t wonder why. Obama talked about fundamentally changing America, which is the kind of thing a traitor might say. Francis’s words have the same flavor.

And how long before controversial statements (some of them possible heresies [though that’s above my religious station to declare]) get chalked up to “Lost in Translation” like with numerous other publications, declarations, and responses put forth by His Holiness?

I haven’t read it yet – I think I’ll wait for a recap or some other abbreviated version.

Bergoglio can be dealt with through the Rosary if only we would listen to Our Lady and do what she asked Bergoglio might convert to Catholicism and the Church could be brought out of the catacombs.

I decided to do some penance and read the document. By time I finished the saccharine Forward, I realized that flogging myself would have been less painful. However, the document itself was laid out nicely. There were many excellent points made. However, other texts point to the modernist Vatican 2 documents. For example: Article 72. § 1. Ecumenical questions are to be carefully treated, according to the norms of competent Church authorities.[87] Found in the Directory for the Application of Principles and Norms on Ecumenism: AAS 85 (1993) 1039 ff.

In that directory, you’ll find abomination after abomination concerning the absolute and total rejection of the condemnation of communicatio is sacris with non-Catholics.

So you can take the whole apostolic constitution and flush it down the commode. It will only help spread the apostasy. After all, isn’t that the purpose of their universities?
