Am I mistaken, or is the copy of the letter issued by the Vatican 31, December 2015, regarding the the Bishop Barros in Russian or is it Ukrainian? It’s on the photo supplied by the post :

Perhaps somebody could explain what is happening here?
It is not high enough resolution, but I made out the word Chile. I also saw a Q in there. I think it is just an ugly font. They do everything ugly.

I read today the JB performed a “marriage” aboard an airplane, and called it, “historic”.
Maybe he’ll run a drive-through chapel in Las Vegas next.
Any suggestions as to why the Vatican should write correspondence in Russian/Bulgarian/Ukrainian to the whoever it was in Chile who was querying the appointment of Bishop Barros Madrid? See my query of 3 days ago… I’m still intrigued!
Nobody has commented about the fact that Francis “the humble” has celebrated a Catholic wedding on a plane for a couple living in sin. Of course he doesn’t believe in sin, and remember since he is the “pope” everything goes. What apathetic show.
