‘Twas the night before Christmas…

A Novus Ordo Christmas Eve in Chicago – in Full Communion with Blase Cupich!

If you are a member of the Vatican II Church who lives in the Archdiocese of Chicago and on Christmas Eve wanted to render worship to the Most Holy Trinity “in full communion” with Archlayman Blase Cupich and his boss, Jorge Bergoglio (“Pope” Francis), one of your options was the “Faith Community of Saint Sabina” with the screeching social justice presbyter “Fr.” Michael Pfleger.

There are no words to describe what went on there — it’s the kind of thing you have to see to believe (the show begins about 11 minutes into the video):

This celebration, by the way, is one instance of what Francis calls the “unique expression of the lex orandi [law of prayer] of the Roman Rite” in his motu inapproprio letter Traditionis Custodes (Art. 1).

On Dec. 23, the day before this abominable spectacle took place, the Canons Regular of Chicago’s St. John Cantius Church (who offer the Traditional Latin Mass there) assured their Archmodernist-in-bishop’s-robes that they “are committed to preserving unity with him and the Roman Pontiff” as the archdiocesan implementation of Traditionis Custodes gets underway. The new regulations, which have been showcased by Vatican News, include the following:

Priests authorized to offer the Latin Mass will be bound to celebrate Mass in the reformed rite on the first Sunday of every month. And in the Chicago Archdiocese, only the post-conciliar liturgy can be celebrated on Christmas, the triduum [Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday], Easter Sunday and Pentecost Sunday.

(Brian Fraga, “New policy requires all Chicago clergy to get permission to celebrate Latin Mass”, National Catholic Reporter, Dec. 27, 2021)

No Traditional Latin Mass in Chicago for Christmas?! Don’t worry — that’s where the Faith Community of Saint Sabina comes in and provides an alternative that is in full communion with Cupich and Bergoglio.

You wouldn’t want to be in mortal sin on account of attending the wrong liturgy, now would you?
