The former Prefect of the Vatican’s Congregation for the Destruction of the Faith (2012-2017), “Cardinal” Gerhard Ludwig Muller, has released a four-page document entitled Manifesto of Faith: “Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled!” (Jn 14:1), dated Feb. 10, 2019.
