The sacred and the profane…

Rock Concert profanes Historic Catholic Shrine in Germany

The Novus Ordo Sect in Germany has once again managed to desecrate a beautiful traditional Catholic church building. This time, the place to be profaned was the historic Shrine of the Visitation (Wallfahrtskirche Maria Heimsuchung) in Klausen, a small town in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. As a place of pilgrimage, the historic site goes back to the late 1400s. More information, including plenty of photos, can be found at the following links:

On Friday, March 16, 2018, this beautiful church was profaned by a concert of the pelvis-swinging German rock/pop singer Guildo Horn (b. 1963). Eccentric in his performances — his band’s name translates as The Orthopedic Socks — Horn specializes in a type of music known as Schlager (literally, “hit-song”). This particular genre is popular in Europe and can be defined as “a style of popular music which is generally a catchy instrumental accompaniment to vocal pieces of pop music with easy to understand, happy-go-lucky and often sentimental lyrics” (Wikipedia). Judging by the people in attendance, Horn’s music is popular in particular with men and women in their late thirties or older.

Here is a video of the abominable spectacle, whose greatest affront to God lies in its approval by the Novus Ordo (“Catholic”) authorities:

The March 16 performance inside the Shrine of the Visitation was blasphemously nicknamed Schlager Unser, in adaptation to Vater Unser, the German phrase for “Our Father”.

Horn himself, it will come as a surprise to no one, is a former altar boy (i.e. raised Catholic/Novus Ordo) who is now a self-confessed atheist. He likes to refer to himself as “the master” and as a “messenger of love”, adding that Schlager music is “the language of love”. Asked in the video about his comportment in such a sacred place, he says he understands he has to follow certain rules and so will control himself “a bit, but not much” — and that, in any case, he isn’t as bad as Marylin Manson.

The sorry pretend-priest in the Dominican habit seen in the video is “Fr.” Albert Seul, O.P. You can view his Facebook page here. He acknowledged that Horn’s performance was pushing the limits but added that limits exist so they can be pushed at times. As for the general idea of a concert of Schlager music in a church santuary, this did not bother this travesty of a Dominican in the least: “It fits. The basic message of the Faith is love. God loves people, and one of the basic messages of Schlager is also love, so that fits very well”, the Novus Ordo priest says in the video clip.

And there you can see the entire “genius” of the New Theology of Vatican II in one single comment. One might as well say, “God is love, and the basic message of the Faith is love; Sodom and Gomorrah was full of people expressing their love, so that fits very well.” There is nothing Catholic left in these people. After all these decades of, supposedly, a great renewal in theology, spirituality, and liturgy, this is the garbage they come up with.

As predicted by orthodox theologians such as the great Fr. Reginald Garrigou-Lagrange (1877-1964), the Nouvelle Theologie (New Theology) that would become the official theology of Vatican II although it had been condemned by Pope Pius XII (in Quamvis Inquieti and Humani Generis), would not make the Faith accessible to modern man; rather, it would make the faithful into Modernists.

The Vatican II Sect is finished. Let the institution further sink into complete chaos and irrelevance, and it will soon be over. That is the good thing about the false Modernist church: It is guaranteed to be its own undoing, and so it will necessarily destroy itself.

Our Blessed Lord said: “And every one that heareth these my words, and doth them not, shall be like a foolish man that built his house upon the sand, and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat upon that house, and it fell, and great was the fall thereof” (Mt 7:26-27).

Great indeed will be the fall of the Novus Ordo Church. May the Lord hasten its demise.
