Roman Curia gets its annual Spanking
It’s that time of the year again!
On Dec. 21, the members of the Roman Curia were gathered in the Clementine Hall of the Apostolic Palace to receive what used to be called the Pope’s annual Christmas greetings. While Jorge Bergoglio has occupied the Vatican structures under the stage name “Pope Francis”, however, it is more appropriate to speak of a yearly Christmas spanking, at least since 2014.
