Paul VI’s Novus Ordo Missae, the “New Mass” of the Vatican II Church, is the gift that keeps on giving.
While Jorge Bergoglio (“Pope Francis”) is currently making an apology tour through Canada, even donning a Native American headdress and getting smudged by the indigenous, an Italian news site is reporting on a “Mass at Sea” in which an air mattress was used as an altar. Here’s how that looked:
The incident reportedly took place on Sunday, July 24, 2022, off Alfieri beach in the southern Italian region of Calabria. The presbyter who perpetrated this pseudo-liturgical travesty is Mattia Bernasconi, parochial vicar of San Luigi Gonzaga parish in Milan.
A brief report with more background and details is available in English here.
It just never gets boring in Novus Ordo Land.
