Francis: “All the Divorced who ask will be admitted [to Communion]” — Vatican (as expected) disputes

Please see the end of this post for an important update.

The following report comes from the semi-traditionalist but reliable Rorate Caeli blog:

[BEGIN EXCERPT]

Yes, he said it over the phone to his favorite journalist, Italian editor Eugenio Scalfari of La Repubblica (the Pope’s daily and favorite newspaper), in a conversation on October 28, revealed by the latter in an editorial published this Sunday.

There is no reason to doubt its accuracy. We are way past the time of doubting the accuracy of the Scalfari quotes.

“Cardinal” Müller: Communion for Unrepentent Adulterers Conceivable in Exceptional Cases

As Francis’ Synod on the Family enters its last and decisive week, the German edition of Vatican Radio drops a bombshell: “Cardinal” Gerhard Ludwig Muller, the head of the Vatican’s so-called Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, argued in an interview with the German news magazine Focus that unrepentant adulterers could be admitted to Holy Communion in exceptional cases.

Here is a translation of the snippet published on Radio Vatikan (the full interview has not yet been released by Focus):

Curial cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller does not rule out admitting remarried divorcees to Communion “in extreme individual cases”, according to media reports.

Masterful: Two Days after Opening Annulment Floodgates, Francis “Laments” Attack on Families

If hypocrisy could prolong your life, Francis would be immortal. The Argentinian impostor pope is a master at the pernicious art of Modernism, the “synthesis of all heresies”, as the heroic Pope Saint Pius X called it in his 1907 landmark encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis (n. 39). When one studies the tactics of the Modernists, as exposed, for example, in the Vatican-endorsed 1886 book Liberalism is a Sin, or in Pope Pius VI’s 1794 bull Auctorem Fidei, one finds that one is eerily reminded of people like “Pope” Francis.

Revolt Against Francis:
Curial Prelates have had enough: Anti-Francis Dossier circulating in Vatican accusing him of introducing “Catholic Divorce” — “Feelings of Physical Aggression” against Bergoglio

Once again, there is explosive news coming from Rome: High-ranking prelates in the Vatican have been exasperated with Francis for a while, but apparently we have now reached a point at which they are not willing to take any more. Francis’ recent “annulment” reform — which effectively permit drive-thru annulments and practically sanction “Catholic divorce” — is the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back, although it is more of a dumbbell than a straw, truth be told.

Francis overhauls Marriage “Annulments”, Abortion now Grounds for Nullity!

francis-believe-it-or-not7.jpg

Clearly, they don’t have enough marriage “annulments”, abortions, or broken families in the Novus Ordo Church yet, so… Francis to the rescue!

Today, September 8, 2015, the Birthday of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Vatican’s Argentinian lay impostor “Pope”, Francis, released two “Apostolic Letters” Motu Proprio to reform the process for declarations of matrimonial nullity. Here are the relevant links to the documents, in various languages:

The first English reports and summaries on the new annulment changes have appeared — we are linking them here:

In a nutshell, Francis’ overhaul of declarations of nullity establishes the following major changes (we are basing this information on the news reports linked above):

  • Process will be free of charge (diocese must carry the costs, can be helped by local bishops’ conference)
  • One single sentence suffices – no more automatic appeal of the first sentence, though a manual appeal is still possible
  • If one party fails to show up after being summoned twice, taken as consent that annulment process should move forward
  • A first appeal is to remain local, that is, on the metropolitan level
  • A second appeal can be made to the Vatican
  • There need only be one single judge, under the local bishop
  • The bishop alone can be the judge, bypassing the normal process of the tribunal, under certain conditions
  • Abortion is now grounds for annulment (now this is just plain evil, as it may cause women seeking an “annulment” to have an abortion as a sure way to get their “declaration of nullity” — don’t think some could be this wicked?

What a Modernist Sounds Like:
The “Cardinal” Kasper Interview

Click to play video

As the saying goes: If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it’s a duck. It is no different with heretics, especially Modernists. Pope St. Pius X wrote in his 1907 landmark encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis that Modernists can be identified as such by looking at what they do, what they believe, and how they express themselves. Let’s have a look at the opening paragraphs of this great papal document and see if this doesn’t sound eerily familiar:

One of the primary obligations assigned by Christ to the office divinely committed to Us of feeding the Lord’s flock is that of guarding with the greatest vigilance the deposit of the faith delivered to the saints, rejecting the profane novelties of words and the gainsaying of knowledge falsely so called.

TWO YEARS OF FRANCIS:
A New Interview

francis-actor.jpg

Remember?

Marking a milestone of two years “in office”, Mr. Jorge Bergoglio, the Vatican’s Apostate-in-Chief who goes by the pseudonym “Pope Francis”, has granted yet another interview to the press, this time to Valentina Alazraki of the Mexico-based Noticieros Televisa. Vatican Radio has just released a full translation, so we are posting links to both the original and the translation:

Highlights/Lowlights:

  • Why Novus Ordos in Mexico are becoming Protestants: “Clericalism”, “distance”, and “disastrous homilies” that are “lessons in theology”!

Just Brilliant: Novus Ordo Priest argues Divorce is Proof Marriage wasn’t Valid

Smarty-Pants “Monsignor” Paul V. Garrity undermines Christ’s Teaching on Marriage

Try as hard as you may, you simply cannot make this stuff up.

The Feb. 16, 2015 edition of the Jesuit publication America features an article entitled “The Annulment Dilemma”, written by “Monsignor” Paul V. Garrity of the Novus Ordo “Archdiocese” of Boston. The essay is a pseudo-scholarly piece of Modernism that shrewdly undermines the Catholic teaching on Holy Matrimony by arguing for a simplification and reform of marriage annulments to the extent that in the end, divorce and adultery are approved in all but name.

What’s Good for the Goose is Good for the Gander: How the October Synod Refutes Vatican II’s False Ecclesiology

When the so-called “Synod on the Family” met at the Vatican this past October, a lot of people were outraged when they heard about the midterm document (relatio) that attempted to dissect mortal sins — including those that cry to Heaven for vengeance — into positive and negative “elements”. This idea, however, was not entirely new — it was simply the extension of a concept endorsed at the Second Vatican Council, according to which there exist “elements” of the Catholic Church in other religions, specifically Protestant sects.

Silent No More: Benedict XVI Joins Debate over Communion for Adulterers

[UPDATE 03-DEC-2014Ratzinger’s revised text now available online (click here)]

Approximately four weeks after the close of part one of the infamous Synod on the Family, the retired “Pope” Benedict XVI now adds some fuel to the inferno. Though he once promised to withdraw completely from ecclesiastical affairs, he somehow always manages to make himself heard whenever he so chooses, even if usually in an indirect or even cryptic way.

This time, Joseph Ratzinger has chosen to weigh in on the debate over whether public adulterers (the “divorced-and-remarried”) should be allowed to receive the Novus Ordo sacraments, which is one of the core issues currently under discussion in the Novus Ordo Sect’s ongoing synod of bishops, part two of which is scheduled to take place in October 2015.

Concluding Commentary

Oh, the Drama!
The Synod is Over — For Now

Thank goodness, the Synod in Rome is finally over: Two weeks of speculation, intrigue, accusations and denials, and pseudo-theological hysteria that culminated in the blasphemous and sacrilegious “beatification” of the False Pope Paul VI (Giovanni Battista Montini) are finally at an end. What was supposed to be an episcopal discussion group on theological matters turned out to be a wild soap opera of Hollywood proportions — and it’s far from over.

This assembly in Rome was merely the first, “extraordinary” part of a larger, two-synod event which will conclude in October 2015 with an “ordinary” synod at which the attendant Novus Ordo bishops will submit final recommendations to Francis with regard to the topics under discussion, after which the “Pope” will then release a so-called “post-synodal apostolic exhortation” as he did in 2013 with the heretical and turgid Evangelii Gaudium.

In Final Speech, Francis warns of “Temptations”, criticizes “Traditionalists” and “Liberals”

janus-francis.jpg

In a sly move, “Pope” Francis addressed the Synod in Rome at its closure and criticized both liberals and conservatives for succumbing to certain “temptations” — thus allowing both sides to claim victory in a sense, and thus perpetuating the problem and the controversy until the Ordinary Synod scheduled for October 2015. This way, he has averted a schism at least until then, when final decisions will be made and Francis will release a so-called “Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation” that whichever side wins will say is “the Pope speaking” and the losing side will claim is “just a non-binding exhortation” (which is precisely what we saw with regard to the heretical 2013 exhortation Evangelii Gaudium).

Vatican commentator John Thavis has called it a “pastoral earthquake”: The Extraordinary Synod on the Family currently underway in the Vatican has just released its first post-discussion document (relatio post disceptationem), an initial position paper, if you will, or draft of ideas and suggestions to be considered and discussed in the coming days at the synod itself and in the next 12 months before the final decisions are made at next year’s Ordinary Synod in October 2015.

Ratzinger 1972:
Communion for “Divorced-and-Remarried” Not Impossible

[UPDATE: Did Ratzinger retract his essay in 2014? Not Quite — the facts here: Benedict XVI weighs in on Communion Debate]

At a time when sparks are flying ahead of the controversial Synod on the Family that “Pope” Francis has scheduled to begin on October 5, 2014, we thought it would be a good idea to share once more with our readers — as we already did in March of this year — the little-known fact that among the very first “Catholic” theologians to try to find a way to permit public adulterers (the “divorced-and-remarried” in the Vatican II Church that didn’t manage to get an annulment) to receive the Novus Ordo sacraments was none other than the suit-and-tie Modernist Fr.
