Cincinnati "archdiocese" needs cash
"Money is so tight at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati that
the central office is now taking a bigger share of donations from its
parishes' Sunday collection plates. Church officials also are considering
cutting staff - through attrition and, possibly, layoffs - and are pushing
parishes to repay tens of millions of dollars in outstanding loans from

Suddenly, the Latin Mass is making news
This report from a St. Louis television station centers on

including Paul VI establishing the Novus Ordo Missae, along with some
footage of John Paul II looking distinctly unpapal and undignified, as

Protestant congregations eyeing vacant Catholic church properties
"The Rev. Cecilio Perez says a prayer every time the
telephone rings. He is waiting to hear whether his offer to buy one of the
city's closed Catholic churches has been accepted.
"'God has blessed the church with a growing membership, and we need to
make it comfortable for our elderly members,' said Perez, pastor of
Assembly of God Church on Vine Street. He is one of several Protestant
ministers eyeing, or buying, area Catholic churches."

Invisibilism
"If Modernism is "the synthesis of all heresies," then
Invisibilism is 'the heresy behind all heresies' for the visible Church,
as She was for nearly 2000 years, is no longer visible to the vast
majority. In her stead has come the eclipse by the conciliar church of Her
infrangible dogmas and doctrines, not to mention the very essence of
Catholic worship - the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Thanks to the heresy of
Invisibilism these have been slowly, and not so slowly, but surely erased
from the memories of several generations...."

English church criticized after replacing live Christmas crib with replica

"An Israeli-born woman who lives in St Ives has accused a local Catholic
church of being politically biased after it put up a replica of an Israeli

church in Needingworth Road, St Ives, cancelled its annual live crib and
replaced it with a replica portion of the 30ft concrete wall built by
Israel around the city." I

Modernist Vatican wanted Saddam spared death penalty
"Cardinal
Renato Martino, Pope Benedict XVI's top prelate for justice issues and a
former Vatican envoy to the United Nations, said that Saddam [Hussein]'s
execution would punish 'a crime with another crime' and expressed hope
that the sentence would not be carried out....'The death penalty is not a
natural death. And no one can give death, not even the State,' he said."
NOW Comments: It bears
repeating that what Martino is saying is diametrically opposed to what the
Catholic Church has always taught about capital punishment, which is that
provided that the sentence is a just one, the State most certainly does
have the right to take the life of a criminal and, so, in carrying out the
sentence it is in no way punishing "a crime with another crime." This does
not preclude, of course, the State from using other forms of punishment
short of a death sentence or granting clemency in certain cases, but to
pretend that there is something intrinsically wrong or evil about the such
a penalty flies in the face of true Catholic teaching on the subject. To
cite an authoritative source:
Q. Are there cases in which it is lawful to kill?
A. It is lawful to kill when fighting in a just war; when carrying out by
order of the Supreme Authority a sentence of death in punishment of a
crime; and, finally, in cases of necessary and lawful defense of one's own
life against an unjust aggressor.

Homosexual infiltration of the Catholic Church
Fr. John O'Connor, the Dominican who passed away earlier
this month [R.I.P.], masterfully exposes the subversion of the Church by
sodomites in this two-part video. While we cannot agree with some of his
conclusions regarding the Novus Ordo church (especially his failure to
speak out against John Paul II, who appointed as "bishops" many of the
culprits either actively or passively responsible for the infiltration),
we do believe that Fr. O'Connor still had a fundamentally Catholic
outlook.

Fellay in Argentina: "already signed"
The Society of St. Pius X's most prominent bishop in talks with Modernist
Rome announces that a motu proprio for the so-called universal indult for

writing) has already been signed and but apparently is stuck in
bureaucratic limbo.

"Dr. Alice von Hildebrand, philosophy professor and widow of
the renowned philosopher and anti-Nazi activist, Dietrich von Hildebrand,
has said that Americans are 'naïve' to think that Soviet agents, whose
intention was to undermine the then-powerful political influence of the
Catholic Church, would have passed over the Catholic seminaries.
"Von Hildebrand cites the voluminous Senate committee testimony of
former Communist Party organizer and high Party official, Bella Dodd who
revealed that the Catholic priesthood in the US and other western

it was, she said, 'to destroy the Catholic Church from within.' Dodd
predicted changes in the Church that would be so drastic that 'you will

"This is very important to remember. All of the efforts to
get the conciliar bishops to stop doing what they are supposed to be doing
as a result of their being part and parcel of the conciliar revolution are
bound to fail. These men are doing what the men (Paul VI, John Paul II,
Benedict XVI) have wanted them to do. The conciliar bishops have been
given carte blanche to supervise the ongoing revolution as they see fit,
knowing that the novelty of episcopal collegiality will leave them in
power, if not actually get them a nice promotion, over the course of time
no matter what they say or do that might offend pious ears and actually
be, shall we say, in overt conflict with the Deposit of Faith."

"No Crisis in
The Church?"
"Many who are concerned today about the state of the Catholic Church point
to the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965). For some the Council represents
'a Second Pentecost'; to others, however, it represents 'a Second
Crucifixion.' For the former the latter are dissident, disobedient and
even schismatic; for the latter the former are modernist, heretical and
even apostate. How is it possible that a Church Council could provoke such
turmoil and such profound hostility amongst the faithful? Is it a matter
of misunderstanding? Is it a matter of interpretation? Or is it a question
of Dogma misrepresented and and distorted?"

"They [reasons for decreased attendance] included a

Church teachings or personal faith, and disillusionment in the wake of
sexual scandals."
NOW Comments: Wait, wasn't
Vatican II supposedly all about relevance of the Church to modern
life? Ha, the aggiornamento church isn’t updated enough!! Precisely by
trying to make the Church “relevant” to modern man was an utterly
irrelevant Novus Ordo religion spawned! Of course, the real
Catholic Church, while never buying into the Modernist "embrace the
Zeitgeist" error, has always been relevant and, in fact, the
most relevant institution in every age of its existence— at the center
of which has always been the real Mass, the ever-relevant Holy
Sacrifice of the Mass, instead of the irrelevant counterfeit "new
Mass" of Paul VI.

Background: Exposing the subversion of the Church
What Vatican II should have done!
"Many among the Clergy do not discern the errors of the
Revolution anymore, and do not resist them. Others love the Revolution as
an ideal cause, they propagate it, collaborate with it, they persecute and
speak evil of the adversaries of the revolution, and hinder their
apostolate. Very many pastors keep silent. Others assimilate the errors
and spirit of the revolution and encourage this spirit openly or covertly,
in the same way as the pastors did in the time of Jansenism. Those who
fight against the errors suffer persecution from their colleagues, and are
labeled 'integrists'."

Hey, look at me, I'm an anti-missionary "missionary" in a goofy hat!
He attacks the traditional concept of mission as "an
unworthy competition for souls," a vicious slur in keeping with the

A defining moment of apostasy
Benedict XVI joins Islamic cleric in Muslim prayer
On
November 30th, some two-and-a-half months after his disastrous speech in
Regensburg, Germany, in which he infuriated many
Muslims with his citation of a criticism of Mohammed as having brought
nothing but "evil and inhuman" things to religion,
Benedict XVI journeyed to Turkey and made his peace with Islam in a way
that only Modernists know how to do.
Visiting the famed Blue Mosque, he followed a Muslim
leaders instructions, faced Mecca and, folding his arms in front of him,
prayed like a Mohammedan. Yet according to Jesuit Father Federico
Lombardi, director of the Vatican's press office, "Pope" Ratzinger hadn't
prayed at all, but merely "paused
in a moment of meditation and recollection." This despite the fact
that he had done so in the mosque's prayer hall and had, by any reasonable
observation of his actions, made every external effort to follow the
imam's instructions of
praying in the Muslim manner to the letter.
A week later, during an audience in Rome, it was Benedict
himself who refuted the Vatican spin doctor by acknowledging that he had,
in fact,
prayed in the mosque. Full text from the Official Vatican
website for
6 December 2006
confirms beyond debate that it was, indeed, prayer and not
meditation in which he was engaged. That Lombardi would attempt to
minimize the scandal is just another proof of how thoroughly duplicitous
and untrustworthy is Modernist Rome.

REALITY
CHECK
If it appears certain to us that the faith taught by the church during
twenty centuries cannot contain error, we have much less the absolute
certitude that the pope would be truly pope. Heresy, schism,
excommunication ipso facto and invalidity of election are causes which
could make it such that a pope was never a pope or would be a pope no
longer. In such a case, obviously most exceptional, the Church would find
herself in a situation similar to that which she experiences after the
death of a supreme pontiff.

Vatican has no problem and is hosting world premiere
"Nativity's" Mary played by unwed, pregnant actress
"The
teenage star of a film about the Nativity is missing its Vatican premiere
because she is expecting a baby with her 19-year-old partner. New
Zealander Keisha Castle-Hughes, 16, who was nominated for an Oscar for her
role in Whale Rider, plays Mary....
"A member for the Papal Council for Culture said the
actress was expected to play her part well, not be a saint. The actress,
who is expecting a child in spring, said that she was 'thrilled' at the
news and had made the film 'in a state of grace'."
NOW Comments: Prior to the Vatican II
revolution an actor or actress would be expected to be living a
decent life to play such a role or at least not be living publicly in sin,
yet according to the film's director,
Catherine Hardwicke: "The Vatican knew of Keisha's pregnancy from the
start. And they know she's not married, that
she's an actress playing Mary...." (Hardwicke also makes a ludicrous,
near-blasphemous comparison between the circumstances surrounding Christ's
birth and Castle-Hughes pregnancy.) That Castle-Hughes can speak of having
made the film in a "state of grace," although she's not expressed the
slightest public repentance for having committed the immoral act is an
indictment both on her and the Novus Ordo church. In addition, there's not
the slightest indication from her that she and her "partner"
even intend to get married. Even if there wasn't this issue,
The Nativity Story isn't a film we're all that eager to see because
it isn't a Catholic film, but an ecumenical one (that is, one
that's perfect for a premiere at the Modernist Vatican), as can be seen by
learning
the backgrounds of it's cast and crew (the
second trailer for the film has the angel telling Mary that she's
"highly favored" with God, as the Protestants distort the Gospel --not
full of grace (Luke 1:28).

Novus Ordo Seclorum Update...
Kissinger to serve as Benedict XVI's adviser?
"Over the course of his long and controversial career,
former U.S. Secretary of State
Henry Kissinger has had many titles. Now he
reportedly has one more — adviser to the Pope. According to the Italian newspaper La
Stampa, Pope Benedict XVI has invited the 83-year-old former adviser
to Richard Nixon to be a political consultant, and Kissinger has
accepted."
NOW Comments: Should this be
confirmed, it will be but a continuation of a long-going move by Conciliar
"popes" to legitimize the drive for world government and even to an extent
merge the Vatican and other captive Catholic institutions into it. John
XXIII warmly praised the United Nations in 1963 with
Pacem in Terris, which was two years after he ignored a plea
"to the moral conscience of the world" to denounce horrendous
atrocities that were being committed by U.N. "peacekeeping" forces in the
Congo. Paul VI took this a step further by addressing delegates at U.N.
headquarters, where he spoke of the organization as "the
world's greatest hope." (The late Fr. Francis Fenton, one of the great
figures in the traditional movement, once responded to this quote by
saying he thought the Catholic Church was the great hope of
humanity!) John Paul II established formal Vatican-U.N. ties, and on more
than one occasion used
new world order, the codeword for world government. And now Benedict
XVI appears to have chosen someone who also is known to greatly desire a
new order (the "old order" being, of course, Christian civilization).
“Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los
Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is
especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from
beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence.
It is then that all people of the world will plead to deliver them from
this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented
with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for
the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the world
government.”
