Explicitly citing “Pope” Francis’ call to reach out to the peripheries, “Fr.” Francis Lallemand has conducted a “Liturgy of the Word” quasi-funeral /bereavement service for a dog in his parish church of St. Victor in Sambreville, Belgium.
